In what can only be described as a blistering dismantling of her former relationship, Victoria Lee Robinson has finally broken her silence — and it’s as brutal as it is honest.
In an exclusive new interview that’s already sending shockwaves across the Bravo fanbase, the model-turned-entrepreneur accuses Tom Sandoval of never truly loving her, instead using her as a “strategic relationship prop” to soften his image after the now-infamous Scandoval cheating scandal.
“He didn’t fall in love with me. He fell in love with how I made him look — calm, reformed, respectable. I was the reset button, not the relationship,” Victoria said, her voice calm but resolute.
Sandoval, 41, had been attempting a high-profile public rehabilitation tour following his headline-making affair with Raquel Leviss — an affair that ended his decade-long relationship with Ariana Madix and nearly obliterated his reputation on Vanderpump Rules. But according to Victoria, his rebound romance was less about love and more about optics.
“He was careful,” she explained. “He curated everything — what we posted, where we went, even how we smiled. It wasn’t about us. It was about him looking healed.”
Victoria, who was initially drawn to Tom’s charisma and creative energy, says she slowly began to realize that her existence in his life was more symbolic than emotional.
“Every nice moment we had came with a caption in his head,” she added. “I could feel when he was being present, and when he was playing a part. And most of the time, he was performing.”
Friends close to the former couple noticed the shift as well. One source, speaking anonymously, confirmed, “Victoria was patient, supportive — exactly what he needed post-Scandoval. But he never gave her that same grace. She was holding him up. He never held her back.”
Things reportedly reached a breaking point during their trip to Austin earlier this year, where Tom was filming a podcast appearance. Victoria says he prioritized content over connection, even asking her to “pose looking forgiving” for a behind-the-scenes post.
“That’s when it hit me,” she said. “This man doesn’t want to be loved — he wants to be redeemed. And I was just his vehicle.”
Though the two have since quietly gone their separate ways, Victoria says she struggled for months to speak out because she didn’t want to be painted as “just another bitter ex.” But with Sandoval ramping up public appearances, she says staying silent felt dishonest.
“I don’t hate him,” she clarified. “But I won’t pretend that what we had was real. It was convenient. And I deserved more than convenience.”
Tom Sandoval has yet to publicly respond to Victoria’s comments. His representatives declined to comment when contacted.
But if there’s one message Victoria wants women — and viewers — to take from her experience, it’s this:
“Don’t fall for someone who needs you more for their reputation than your heart. Because the second their image recovers, they’ll forget how much it cost you to hold it together.”
And just like that, the illusion shatters.
