THE VALLEY star Kristen Doute has moved into a luxury apartment in Valley Village as featured on the new Bravo show.
Kristen, 41, showed off her new digs on the April 2nd episode of The Valley, informing viewers that it was a "total upgrade" from her last apartment.
As she moved stuff from her former place into her new one - with help from her boyfriend Luke Broderick, 32 - she told cameras that for an "extra $73 a month," she got a "nicer, bigger unit."
She even joked, "There's room to play. I mean, we have an entire drawer of sex toys."
Now, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the Vanderpump Rules alum is living in a luxury apartment building that's walking distance to stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
It's also nestled between Studio City and North Hollywood and close to the Ventura Freeway, making it convenient to travel around Los Angeles.
Prices for a two-bedroom apartment at the Valley Village complex start at $3,443, and can be as high as over $3,500 per month - it is unclear exactly how much Kristen is paying.
Amenities in the apartment itself include an alarm system, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, dual bathroom sinks, granite countertops, smart home technology and a washer and dryer.
In addition, Kristen and her boyfriend, who has been living with her, have a large walk-in closet to share as well as an outdoor balcony that has views of the surrounding neighborhood.
To complement the indoor luxe living, the outdoor amenities at the complex include a BBQ area, outdoor fireplace, resort-style swimming pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, and community courtyard.
The residents can also hang out in the shared clubroom, which features a pool table, workspace, and widescreen TV.
To top it off, there is an onsite fitness center, which has free weights, medicine balls, cardio equipment and strength training machines.
'BABYMAKING'
Prior to moving into her former apartment, Kristen sold her fixer-upper in Valley Village - a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home - for $1.3million in November 2021.
She then moved in with her ex-boyfriend Alex Menache at the time.
After meeting her now-boyfriend Luke in June 2022, the couple eventually moved in together in her last apartment.
Even though they live together, Luke appears to still have a home in Colorado where he enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting.
The couple are actively trying to have a baby after the reality star suffered a miscarriage in the past.
In a video posted on Bravo, Kristen said that she keeps a lot of good luck charms around the apartment, such as crystals, a small "money tree," and even a "fertility moon rock," which is for "baby making."
NOT EMPTY NESTERS
Despite not having any babies just yet, Kristen and Luke have plenty of pets to keep them on their toes in their over 1,300 sq. ft. home.
The duo lives with their three dogs: Jill, a German Shepherd, Bowie, a Beagle and Chihuahua mix, and Gibson, a Yorkshire terrier.
In addition, they have a gargoyle gecko named Bronx.
Luckily for them, there is enough storage space throughout the apartment and two refrigerators to stock - one of which they use to stock beverages.
For now, they are using their guest bedroom as storage until they figure out where to place all their antiques and knick-knacks, including Luke's golf clubs and a 1970 Gibson Dove Guitar.
The duo's bedroom, Kristen said, is "where the magic happens" and they use their bathroom, which comes with double vanities for him and her, for winding down.
On the counter space next to the shower is what they call a "bourbon bar," where they stock their bourbon and use to make a drink.
In addition, there is a guest bathroom, which has a tub, and there are two patios for plants and relaxing outside.
RETURN TO TV
Kristen's return to the Vanderpump Rules spinoff comes three years after she was fired from the show for alleged racist actions.
She and her former co-star, Stassi Schroeder, were fired in June 2020 after reporting their castmate Faith Stowers to police for a crime she had nothing to do with.
Kristen joins VPR alums Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor on The Valley, where they document their grown-up life in Valley Village.
Other castmates include Danny Booko and Nia Booko, Jesse Lally and Michelle Lally, and Jason Caperna and Janet Caperna.
The show - which was filmed in the summer of 2023 - breaks down Brittany and Jax's relationship before the couple announced their split in February of this year after four years of marriage.
New episodes premiere every Tuesday night at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo.
