Beau Clark is the proud owner of a Tarpon Springs, Florida, vacation home.

As the first Stassi Schroeder-free season of Vanderpump Rules continues to air on Bravo to lackluster ratings, news of Beau’s East Coast residence has been confirmed.

At the end of November, The Sun revealed the home was put into Beau’s name after an intrafamily transfer from his mom, Louisa. According to the report, the transfer of deed was made official on September 27, 2019.

The home, which boasts 1,238-square-feet of living space, is situated on a 4,064-square-foot lot.

Beau’s vacation home is the perfect size for his and Stassi’s family, with two bedrooms, one for them and one for their daughter, 11-month-old Hartford Charlie Rose Clark, and one bathroom.

Large windows are found throughout the property, as are hardwood floors.

In the kitchen are stainless appliances and wood cabinets.

Off the kitchen and beyond a set of French doors is a sunroom.

The home features beige walls with white trim and white ceilings.

The home’s sole bathroom features paneling on the bottom half of the wall, along with a small chair rail.

The only carpeted area in the home seems to be the office.

Outside of Beau’s vacation property is a patio space, which boasts space for a large umbrella and plenty of seating.

As Pump Rules fans may know, Stassi purchased a $1.7 million home in the Hollywood Hills in January 2020, just six months before Bravo cut ties with her due to reportedly racist behavior against her former castmate, Faith Stowers.

Stassi and Beau’s main home in Los Angeles is a 2,900-square-feet 1920s Mediterranean-style home with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and stunning views.

Vanderpump Rules season nine airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
