Tom Sandoval‘s mystery woman has been identified as Karlee Hale, an influencer from Texas.
Following a number of outings between the potential couple in Austin, details about the Vanderpump Rules star’s rumored new flame have been shared, just as he arrives in his hometown of St. Louis following the death of high school friend Ali Rafiq.
“Tom Sandoval tried to make it on time, but he couldn’t because his flight was delayed. So he was there on FaceTime and was there the whole time,” Ali’s sister, Rabia Raliq, shared with The U.S. Sun on May 22.
According to the report, Ali died suddenly at the age of 41 on May 19. And in line with Islamic tradition, funeral arrangements were made for the following day.
Because Sandoval didn’t arrive until May 21, he was unable to attend the funeral and will instead pay tribute at Ali’s gravesite.
“The Vanderpump cast has all been in contact with me several times and have spoken to my parents. But it just was too short notice for anybody to fly in from Los Angeles to get here on time because we didn’t know until about 2:00 p.m. that it was gonna be the same day, and the burial was at 7,” Rabia explained.
In addition to Sandoval flying to St. Louis, his former girlfriend, Ariana Madix, who met Ali through him amid their nine-year romance, sent a message to the family.
“She said something to my parents. I’m not sure what it is,” Rabia revealed. “But you know, my parents are really comforted by talking to his friends. So, it’s really nice of them, and I hope everybody can just find peace with, with their stuff because you never know when it’s gonna be your last day.”
As Ali’s family prepares to honor him with a celebration of life ceremony in the coming weeks, memorial messages continue to be shared online from the likes of Sandoval, Ariana, and Kristen Doute, who also knew Ali through Sandoval.
“It’s really sweet that they both cared for him so much and he cared for them so much, and he really respected and he was so proud of them,” Rabia shared of Sandoval and Ariana. “I’ve been showing my mom some of the Instagram tagged posts and all these memories that people have with him. It’s really nice because, like, there’s all these pictures that we’ve never seen. It’s helping. Like, it makes my parents feel better knowing that he was so loved.”
In Sandoval’s tribute post on Instagram to Ali, he wrote, “The love I have for you is way beyond words I will carry u forever in my heart. Always cherishing the beautiful memories, uncontrollable laughter, and epic experiences we had together. You were My best friend, my brother. I’ll catch u on the next sunrise…”
Meanwhile, in a post shared to her Story, Ariana added, “I keep wanting to text you. It feels like this can’t even be real. We were just planning your trip to LA. Talking about our futures and all the things we were looking forward to. I miss our talks about life. I miss sending each other cat memes… I love you always and forever. I’m grateful for the moments we spent together, and for the love and friendship you showed me over the last ten years.”
Kristen also shared a post.
In other Pump Rules news, Sandoval’s mystery woman, who he has been caught with on a number of occasions in Austin, Texas, this month, was identified as Karlee by The U.S. Sun on May 22, noting that the influencer “works in the holistic and lifestyle space” and runs a popular TikTok account and YouTube channel.

Just last week, TikTok star Sarah Koefod shared a screenshot of a video taken of Sandoval and Karlee, who has since made her social accounts private, reportedly enjoying a dinner date at the Austin Proper Hotel, where she was seen with her dog named Mia.
Around the same time, The Bravo Babe on Twitter shared a photo of the alleged couple working out together.
The same account also posted a pic of Sandoval and Karlee, who may have met during his tour in Austin, shopping.
The three-part Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion begins airing on Bravo this Wednesday, May 24, at 9/8c.
