Stassi Schroeder is officially a three-time published author.

“You Can’t Have It All: The Basic B*tch Guide to Taking the Pressure Off,” out today, comes two years after the former “Vanderpump Rules” star‘s second book “Off With My Head” hit shelves.

In the new book’s description, Schroeder writes that she was working on a completely different book before writing and publishing “Off With My Head” — “then 2020 came along and after a global pandemic, losing her job, becoming pregnant and having her first child, and getting married, suddenly being a girl boss wasn’t the vibe.”

Schroeder also opens up about her mental health journey and battles with self-harm in “You Can’t Have It All,” including how she struggles with explaining it to her 3-year-old daughter, Hartford, when she notices the scars.

At its core, though, “You Can’t Have It All” is a book about “the desire for joy,” per the book’s description.

“Instead of letting mom guilt or work guilt get her down, Stassi is trying to learn and to encourage us all to take the pressure off, give ourselves grace, and lean into the things that bring happiness,” it reads. “And if you need a little sauvignon blanc or Aperol spritz to get you through the tough days…so be it.”
