The Only Way Is Essex stars Sophie Kasaei and Jordan Brook have been candidly sharing their ongoing journey towards parenthood.
The couple, who have been together since November 2022, have faced challenges in their quest to conceive but remain optimistic and united in their efforts.
As the cast gear up for a special few weeks in the tropical island of Bali, Jordan expressed his delight about returning, this time with Sophie by his side. He remarked, "We are back in Bali and this time I’m not alone, it’s so nice to have Sophie with me this time. She’s really integrated herself into the group well.
"Bundles of new friends which is great. She actually just left me now to go out with the girls! I’ve had so much going on at home with the new Academy that I’m launching but this is my time to come away and unwind a bit. We’re still in the baby making..."

Sophie chimed in with a light-hearted tone, saying, "Always are, always will be but it’s just nice to enjoy our time together and not to think about it too much." Their fertility journey has been a topic they've openly discussed with fans. Sophie, diagnosed with endometriosis in 2020, has been transparent about the challenges they've faced. She shared to OK! magazine, "I thought I'd get pregnant straight away, but it's a lot harder than people think." Despite the hurdles, Sophie remains hopeful, stating, "I won't give up. It will happen one day."
Jordan, too, has been forthcoming about their experiences. He revealed that they've been trying to conceive for over a year and faced a rare false positive, which was emotionally taxing.
He admitted: "As much as people say, 'Forget about it, when you don’t think about it, it’s going to happen,' but trust me, you can’t." To alleviate the pressure, they've decided to take a more relaxed approach, stepping back from constant ovulation tests and tracking. Jordan emphasised, "I want to be a dad more than anything. I am so ready, and she is so ready to be an amazing mum."

The couple's openness has resonated with many, shedding light on the often private struggles of fertility. Sophie has been vocal about the lack of conversation surrounding trying to conceive (TTC), expressing, "It's sad how I don't feel like many people talk about the TTC enough so I will do my most to chat to you all and make you all aware you are not alone."
Their time in Bali, featured in the upcoming TOWIE episode on ITVBe, showcases not only their personal journey but also the ever changing group dynamic. The cast's trip to Bali promises a mix of drama, romance, and personal revelations, with many of the cast, unexpected and expected, being the focal point.
