Tom Schwartz hasn’t abandoned the hospitality biz.
Two months after closing his Schwartz & Sandy’s lounge, the Vanderpump Rules alum took to Instagram to promote TomTom, the WeHo bar/restaurant he co-owns with Tom Sandoval and Lisa Vanderpump.
Tom Schwartz invites fans to "hang out" with him at TomTom
“Guys, what up? Trying to get brunch popping Saturday,” he said in a recent video filmed from his car. “It’s gonna be a good weekend. Come hang out. TomTom. All right, see you there.”
Tom admitted he missed previous brunch events because he “had to hibernate post [Schwartz & Sandy's]”; however, he’s now “feeling good again” and is ready to get more involved.
“Come kick it with me,” he told his followers.

Schwartz & Sandy’s opened in November 2022 and shuttered nearly two years later. Tom Schwartz, who owned the bar with Tom Sandoval, spoke about the closure in a recent red-carpet interview with E! News, explaining how the business changed him.
“No regrets because I’ve learned so much,” he told the outlet. “I’m for sure a better person because of that place — 100%, I’m a better person. More confident. I got more grit.”
Tom then backtracked a little, saying he had one regret with the business.
“Maybe I regret putting my name on the sign. I would never do that again. Ever, ever, ever,” he said. “Listen, if you’re Gordon Ramsey [or] Lisa Vanderpump, I get it.”

Lisa addressed Tom’s restaurant career in a December 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight, pointing out that the Schwartz & Sandy’s closure was announced on the same day the Vanderpump Rules Season 12 shakeup was confirmed.

“That’s what I hated. I didn’t know they were announcing [the Schwartz & Sandy’s closure] that day, and that was the day that Vanderpump Rules was moving on,” Lisa said at her newly opened Las Vegas restaurant Pinky’s by Vanderpump. “So I felt terrible because I think that was a lot for them to take, emotionally. To get them a double whammy? That was a little too much.”
Lisa, who helped open TomTom in 2018, also shed more light on the Toms’ stake in the restaurant.
“[They own] two and a half percent,” she said. “And I love them dearly, especially Schwartz, I’m very close to. So, I think there’s still room to grow the TomTom brand and be smart about it. There’s a lot of cache.”
