Ever since Tom Schwartz moved out of his “transitional bachelor” pad in 2024, he's been showing off his new apartment's cool, breezy aesthetic. Recently, the Vanderpump Rules entrepreneur shared new looks of the place, starting with his cozy bedroom.
In the recent Instagram Story photo, Tom showed the adorable dogs he shares with ex-wife Katie Maloney, Gordo and Butters, relaxing on his bed in the primary bedroom. Everyone looked so comfortable on the large bed with a dark gray blanket. Tom also painted his walls a cool, lighter gray and mounted a large flat screen TV on the wall.
"Close enough," Tom wrote above the TV in the Instagram Story photo which revealed how he had an image or video of a beautiful nature scene with lush trees and a sparkling river.
Additionally, Tom brought his followers into a separate room in his new home, revealing how he set up the spot like a home gym.
"Morning set," he wrote over the Instagram Story photo which showed himself on a Peloton bike. The room also featured a treadmill, a workout bench, and a cabinet situated below a mounted TV on the wall
Tom Schwartz's home transformation for the 2024 holiday season
Tom brought us into more areas of his home back in December 2024 when he revealed how he decorated for the holidays.
“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas,” he wrote over a series of Instagram Story shots, highlighting his new Lovesac sofa.
The sectional was topped with a red-and-white throw blanket and several decorative pillows. The dog dad also lined the back of the couch with string lights for an extra festive touch.
“After this past week, the usual holiday accents won’t suffice,” Tom captioned a November 29 Instagram video. “I want the holiday spirit to wash over me in an awesome wave. I want to get home and feel like I’m in a holly jolly Hallmark movie. My own little snow globe. So I holiday bombed my new [Lovesac] Sactionals. Coziest I’ve been in years. They say the kitchen is the heart and soul of the home, but for me, it’s my couch.”
Details on Tom Schwartz's next career move
In addition to outfitting his home with the best finds and sharpening his gym routine, Tom is focusing on new projects.
On Jan. 28, Tom appeared on the LadyGang podcast and teased what's to come from his new podcast, tentatively titled Detox/Retox. "It's about balance, about the yin and yang of life," Tom, who recently faced the shuttering of his and Tom Sandoval's bar, Schwartz & Sandy's, explained. "It's about the detox and the retox."
He noted that the podcast will feature weekly episodes and will interview experts in their field. "One week, we'll have guests on and we'll nourish the mind, body, and soul, you know what I mean? Maybe some hot yoga, some Bikram, some transcendental meditation," he said of the project set to launch on PodcastOne. "I'm not an expert in anything. I'll be learning with the audience. And the next week, you know, we're keeping it together so maybe we can fall apart a little bit, have a cheat day, indulge a little bit, you know?"
Moreover, in a November 2024 interview with People, Tom Schwartz also revealed that he would like to continue to work in the entertainment industry. "I'd also like to get behind the camera and produce some shows," he shared.
