Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval was ripped to shreds online by fans of The Traitors during his premiere episode on the competition show.
Hosted by Alan Cumming at a castle in the Scottish Highlands, each season of The Traitors casts a variety of celebrity contestants - three of whom are selected to be Traitors, unbeknownst to the rest of the cast.
The Traitors meet privately and gradually eliminate other cast members, who are sent home at night without a trace and are said to have been 'killed.'
Meanwhile, the Faithful also get to eliminate contestants, but they do so by engaging in full-cast Round Tables where they squabble about whom to send home.
As the season premiere arrived on Peacock Thursday, Tom, 42, was roundly roasted by social media users who brought up his 'Scandoval' controversy of 2023, when he cheated on his girlfriend of nine years Ariana Madix with their friend Rachel Leviss.
Viewers shared their disgusted reactions to the huge sweat stains visible on Tom's armpits and gleefully theorized that the show was edited to make him look worse.

Even Alan, 59, found time on this week's season premiere to take a jab at Tom over the controversial affair he conducted with Rachel, formerly Raquel.
The exchange occurred when Tom told Alan during a one-on-one discussion: 'I would love to be a Faithful. I don't think I would do well as a Traitor.'
'How would you feel if I were to tap you on the shoulder? Would you feel I'd betrayed you Tom?' asked Alan slyly, and when Tom answered that he would, Alan delivered the punchline: 'Doesn't feel so nice, does it?'
Fans exulted in the moment on X, formerly Twitter, where they shared crying laughing emojis and posted comments like: 'Thank you Alan!' and 'Alan WHACKED him!!!!!'
One shared a GIF of Ariana looking skeptical and vamped: 'sandoval begging to be a faithful when he couldn’t even be faithful to his 10 yr long gf.'
Another posted a screen-grab of Tom with his sweat stains glaringly visible as he stood near fellow contestant Danielle Reyes, whose hand was held near her nose.
The X user wrote: 'tom sandoval are you okay? why are you sweating so much? i hope he was wearing deodorant, for the sake of danielle's breathing...'
Another praised 'the editors' for 'intentionally clocking Tom Sandoval every chance they get like give them the Emmy golden globe all of it.'

'I need them to kill sandoval asap like get this man off my tv he’s the definition of ick,' wrote a third as a fourth giggled: 'The editors are lowkey doing Sandoval so DIRTY and I am so here for it,' with a GIF of Ariana nodding.

'Tom Sandoval stop sweating challenge..,' joked one, as another wrote: 'shoutout to whoever on this editing team just f***ing hates sandoval you’re a real one.'
A viewer wrote: 'ummm someone get Sandoval deodorant immediately ??' and another wrote in revulsion: 'Not Sandoval pitted out at breakfast. Damn, #Traitors my eyeballs were murdered.'
Ariana broke up with Tom in March 2023 after she looked through his phone and discovered he had been carrying on an affair with Rachel.
As 'Scandoval' exploded, Tom turned into a nationwide hate figure and Ariana became an object of widespread public sympathy.
Meanwhile Rachel was subjected to a deluge of backlash so fierce that she quit Vanderpump Rules and retreated to a mental health facility for two months.
She returned to the public eye that summer, and last February she sued Tom and Ariana for 'revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy.'

The Traitors is an English-language version of a Dutch series called De Verraders, which is itself adapted from the party game Mafia.
Season one of the US edition premiered on Peacock in 2023, and now the show has begun its third season, with an all new star-studded cast.
Tom joins a lineup including former Real Housewives Of New York City star Dorinda Medley, Somali model Chanel Ayan and The Bachelorette alum Wells Adams.
RuPaul's Drag Race winner Bob The Drag Queen and The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Dolores Catania are also on the new season.
So are Zac Efron's brother Dylan Efron, retired wrestler Nikki Garcia aka Nikki Bella, Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari and Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause.
Lord Ivar Mountbatten, the first member of the British sovereign's extended family to openly be in a gay relationship, is also part of the season.
