Vanderpump Rules' Tom Sandoval revealed surprising update on legal battle with ex Ariana Madix over their house after she sued him following their 2023 breakup.
Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix have finally agreed on one thing: Saying goodbye to the home they once shared.
“The house is going on the market," the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman revealed during the Oct. 23 episode of his Everybody Loves Tom podcast. "Selling the house, getting it ready."
And when it comes to the Vanderpump Rules stars' new living situation, he proved he and new girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson are getting serious by taking their relationship to the next level. As Tom added, "Victoria and I are moving in together.”
The model, who joined him on the podcast, praised her boyfriend of nine months for finally agreeing to list his and Ariana's five-bedroom home, which they bought for $2 million in 2019 prior to Tom's cheating scandal with former costar Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.
"I'm proud of you too," Victoria noted. "Because it's not just about moving in with me. You should separate from the past. It will help you move on and it's just healthy."
Plus, after Tom and Ariana's messy breakup—and very awkward post-split living situation—played out during the Bravo series' 11th season earlier this year, Victoria quipped, "I'm also never gonna move in to that house if you want a future with me."
But cohabitation isn't the only major milestone the couple is planning for. The 42-year-old revealed he and Victoria have already talked about having "cute ass kids" together.
Victoria, 32, added, "I want two. I want a boy and a girl."
Tom's update comes nine months after Ariana sued her former partner of nearly 10 years in January after he refused to list the property. The Love Island USA host asked a judge to order the sale the home and divide the proceeds, per legal papers obtained by E! News.
During a February episode of VPR, Ariana explained her feelings about getting rid of the house.
"I'm not here for him trying to assert his dominance," she shared. "You can't sell the house unless both people agree to sell the house. But Tom wants to buy me out and stay there and I'm not just gonna pack up my clothes and hitchhike down the road because Tom offered me a measly sum of money."
"The fact of the matter is he broke the home," Ariana added in a confessional. "He f--ked all of this up. He doesn't get to do that and then just, I don't know, keep it."
