Tom Brady leaves fans cringing with bizarre comment about NFL coach's looks

Tom Brady's new gig as Fox's top football color commentator comes with a few quirks, including his raw, unaltered thoughts on a few topics, including the looks of one NFL head coach.

During Sunday's Packers-Lions game, Brady decided to use the fill space in between a second and third down to talk about what he saw in Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur.

The message was largely not about football, as Brady's task in in complementing play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt is a little open to interpretation.

'Look at that perfect little moustache, goatee that he’s got,' Brady said. 'We can’t see his hair today. But I was so impressed when I saw him in the tunnel, such a handsome guy. He said he spends $100 a week to keep himself looking like that.'

Burkhardt when back to calling the action, that resulted in a Green Bay false-start penalty, but not before reacting with a simple 'Wow!'

'Does Tom Brady want to date Matt LaFleur?' one NFL fan said.

'Burkhardt threw up a bit in his mouth when he heard that. Brady is a stone cold weirdo.'

'I think we know why his wife left him now.'

'That right up there with Creepy (Chris) Collinsworth saying Dak Prescott really knows how to fill out a pair of pants.'

Brady is two years older than LaFleur, who has been the head coach of the Packers since 2019.

LaFleur has been a coach since 2003, but never worked for the Patriots or Buccaneers.

The Packers did go on to lose the critical NFC North matchup to the Lions, not scoring on the drive where Brady complimented LaFleur's looks.
