According to real estate records, Danny, 41, and Nia, 35, officially sold the three-bedroom, two and a half-bath Encino penthouse on May 15.
They originally listed the home for $839,000 on March 6, before dropping the price to make the sale.
The pair are making a profit, as they bought the condo for $730,000 in 2021.
The property is 2,200 square feet on a single floor, and features walk-in closets, stunning city views and a community pool.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Danny and Nia signed the deed on their new 2,800-square-foot house on March 17.
The home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and has a big pool, deck and yard.
On The Valley this season, Nia said she didn't want to move to Santa Clarita, a city about 30 miles away from downtown LA.
But Danny told her if they were going to have a fourth child, the family needed more room.
On Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, pregnant Nia admitted she had to compromise.
"We are moving to Santa Clarita!" she announced in April. "We had to compromise. I have a baby coming."
"We have the house. We're moving in a few weeks."
“It was a complete surprise,” Nia told Us Weekly at the time.
“I was shocked but I knew that Daniel would have a full mix of emotions. So I told him on his birthday, exactly a week after I found out.”
“We had a plan. This was a little bit earlier than our plan. But we figured this baby needed to come at a certain time. Just a little earlier than planned."

The Valley, a Vanderpump Rules spinoff, made a splash during its debut season in 2024 with messy marriages and plenty of friendship drama.
But the sophomore season has suffered from low ratings, and will be hit with a cast shake-up for Season 3.
"It’s too early to say how things will go next season, they still have a lot of this season to get through but the ratings decline has been a big blow for the show," a source told The U.S. Sun.
“The show cannot keep going on a downward trajectory like this. There will 100% be changes to Season 3, if it does get picked up for the third season.
“Some people won't return and new ones will be added. Who that will be is still to be determined."
