The RHOA Cast Shares an Unexpected Confession to Andy Cohen in Unseen Reunion Moment

That's a wrap on Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. After a rollercoaster ride of emotional highs and lows this season, the group sat down with Andy Cohen to reflect on all the ups and downs they faced during the three-part reunion, which concluded on July 27.

Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Kelli Ferrell, Angela Oakley, and friend Cynthia Bailey all gathered in their dazzling reunion looks alongside  Andy to reflect on the season's many unforgettable moments and dramatic twists. BravoTV.com was exclusively on set for the reunion filming, which took place in Atlanta back in June, and now we're sharing what went down behind the scenes.

The day started with a prayer led by Shamea. Along the way, the group shared emotional insights about their dynamics and the events that unfolded during the season. And, the ladies even revealed something rather unexpected to Andy. They shared that they loved the reunion filming taking place in Atlanta since it meant that they could sleep in their own beds.

As the day came to a close, the taping ended with a dance led by Shamea -- with Andy not missing the chance to twerk alongside her.

What the RHOA cast revealed when the cameras weren't rolling at the Season 16 reunion taping

Backstage, before the reunion cameras started rolling, BravoTV.com spoke to the group as they got glammed up for the big sit-down. Behind the scenes, the group revealed exactly how they were feeling about the conversation ahead and the drama they were leaving behind.

What Phaedra Parks revealed at the RHOA Season 16 reunion in an unseen moment

"I'm bringing big girl energy, Southern belle," she said. "I'm coming ready to have a good time. You never know what the reunion is going to be [like] because it's like a cracker jack box: you got some popcorn, but you got some surprises."

What Porsha Williams revealed at the RHOA Season 16 reunion in an unseen moment

"Oh, what energy? I feel good," she said. "I feel really good. This is my first reunion after like 3, 4 years. I'm excited. I'm ready to go play -- playful energy."

What Kelli Farrell said at the RHOA Season 16 reunion in an unaired moment

"I am bringing peace to set. I got my crystals with me, and I feel really good. I thought at first I was gonna be a little anxious, but I feel, I don't know -- it's like a breath of fresh air around here," Kelli said. "I don't know if it's because the pollen is gone in Georgia or what. But it feels really good. I feel like I can finally breathe, and I'm hoping that we can have the most amazing reunion ever."

What Drew Sidora revealed at the RHOA Season 16 reunion backstage

"I am just really calm. I am chill. I think we're gonna do a lot of things," she said. "We have to have a real, truthful, and honest conversation, but I think it should be a lot of fun. I've got some surprises. You never know what I got in my bag of tricks."

What Shamea Morton said behind the scenes at the RHOA Season 16 reunion

"I'm so excited about going into my very first reunion as a full-time housewife. I've done two reunions before, and it's always very brief," Shamea said of her prior experiences as a friend. "But there's way too much to unpack this season. I mean, think about what, 16, 17 episodes, just from where we started to where we are now. I'm just praying that I can remember the things that I want to address, but address them effectively to where there could be some resolve. I want to leave with some closure, and everything may not work out amazingly. But I just want to know that again, I live with love, and that we can possibly leave off on one accord, at least with some understanding. I'm excited, though."

What Angela Oakley revealed at the RHOA Season 16 reunion in an unseen moment

"I have positive energy. I feel good. I feel like it's going to be a great opportunity to get some answers to some questions," she said.

What Cynthia Bailey said in an unaired moment at the RHOA Season 16 reunion

"I'm feeling great. I am bringing peace. I chose peace all season, and as far as I know, I received it for the most part. So hopefully, all is well. I just realized last night, this is the first time I've ever done The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion as a friend," she said. "So I'm a little like, 'Oh, OK, what are the rules because I've only done it as a housewife in the past?' So this is new for me. New space. But I feel good. I'm not stressed. I have my leg massagers on. I have a candle burning in the bathroom over there. I'm good. I'm feeling great."
