"The legal battle is not over: RHOC's Jennifer Pedranti returns to court with William, just weeks after divorce agreement"

RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Reportedly Returns to Divorce Court Seeking Financial Examination on Ex William, Shortly after The Former Couple Reached a SettlementJennifer Pedranti reportedly returned to divorce court shortly after a divorce agreement was reached with her ex William Pedranti. The former couple, who got married in 2002 and broke up in 2021, have disputed the financial situation amid the divorce.

In July, the exes reportedly reached a settlement – three years after their split. She apparently was awarded a total of $6,000 a month from William in child and spousal support. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is now in a relationship with Ryan Boyajian, who hinted that he’s suing her co-star Tamra Judge (who accused him of stealing from a Dodgers baseball player).

In Touch obtained court documents claiming that Jennifer returned to divorce court weeks after working out the agreement with William.

Per the documents, Jennifer demanded that her ex appear in court for a financial examination, claiming she needed this info to assist in the “enforcement of a money judgment” against him.

Judge Julie Palafox granted Jennifer’s request, and the court scheduled the examination for 8:30 a.m. on October 21 – while ordering William to show up in court with paperwork to aid Jennifer in collecting the money owed to her.

The notice addressed William directly: “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

Before the July settlement, Jennifer’s attorney asserted, “[Jennifer] requires assistance to cover essential living expenses for herself and her children, such as rent, food and educational costs. While [William] currently covers healthcare expenses, additional support is needed to meet the financial requirements for the children’s activities, as well as their food and clothing expenses.”

Allegedly, after Jennifer’s new boyfriend Ryan sent Tamra a cease and desist, Tamra apologized twice for making the accusations against him on Watch What Happens Live. Vicki Gunvalson, however, said Ryan isn’t suing Tamra yet. Alum Kelly Dodd recently suggested that multiple castmates should form a class-action lawsuit against Tamra for her alleged slander.
