Paul “PK” Kemsley is fighting for joint custody of his kids amid his divorce from estranged wife Dorit.
In his Friday filing, obtained exclusively by Page Six, PK disagreed with Dorit’s previous request for sole custody of their two children — son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9 — instead asking to be granted joint custody.
He also waived his right to spousal support and asked that the court terminate her request. Additionally, he wants each party to pay their own attorneys’ fees and legal costs.

Both Dorit and PK cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
The former couple does not have a prenuptial agreement in place, TMZ previously reported.
Reps for Dorit and PK did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star first filed for divorce on April 25, shortly after PK made headlines for a steamy public makeout with “Amazing Race” alum Shana Wall.
Dorit, 48, and PK, 57, announced their separation in May 2024, nine years after getting married in March 2015.
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage,” they said in a joint statement posted on Instagram at the time.

“We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.”
The estranged couple said they wanted to “maintain a harmonious environment” for their two children, so they “made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart.”
They concluded, “We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey.”
That journey played out in Season 14 of “RHOBH,” with both parties taking digs at each other.
