The Bachelorette’s Rachel Lindsay to Pay Ex Bryan Abasolo $500,000 in Divorce Settlement

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo have reached a settlement after a thorny year of divorce proceedings.

The Bachelorette alums, who met and fell in love on season 13 of the reality series before tying the knot in 2019, struck an agreement to end their marriage and divide their assets, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

In the settlement, Lindsay—who was previously ordered to pay her ex $13,000 a month in spousal support—will now pay Abasolo a $500,000 lump sum, according to the docs. The ruling also stipulates that the 44-year-old, who filed for divorce in January 2024, will keep the Miami home the couple shared as well as a 2021 Honda Accord sedan, his Breitling watch, several bank accounts and wellness-related LLCs.

As for Lindsay, 39, the attorney will keep the couple’s North Hollywood property in addition to her 2023 Porsche Macan SUV, and other bank accounts and businesses. As for her engagement ring and wedding band, the 39-year-old will get to keep the jewelry, per the docs.

The former couple will also split some of their assets, including Lindsay’s equity from the Fan Controlled Football League. Additionally, any profits from their investment in the Molly’s Grape & Produce Company will be divided over the next five years, according to the docs.

E! News has reached out to reps for Lindsay and Abasolo for comment but has not heard back.

Following the divorce filing, Lindsay—who was the first Black lead in the history of the Bachelor franchise—expressed regret over not having signed a prenup before marrying Abasolo.

“It was just a different time, so I wasn't leading with that,” she said on the Hidden Gems podcast in June. “We weren't on the same page with prenups, and so I just didn't want it to be a bigger issue, so we didn't have one.”

But that doesn’t mean the reality star didn’t want one to begin with.

“You know, hindsight's 20/20,” she went on. “I would've done it. I mean, I always wanted to do it, but again, we weren't on the same page when it came to that.”
