"The Bachelorette" star Jenn Tran may well have moved on from the dizzying and dramatic world of reality TV romance shows—but that hasn't stopped her from creating a real-life "fantasy suite" of her own inside a Miami high-rise.
Tran, 27, moved back to Florida in February to finish up her final year of physician's assistant training at Barry University, training that she put on hold for years in order to turn her attention to starring in a series of reality TV hits, including "The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette," and "Dancing With the Stars."
During that time, she has broken many a boundary—and earned many a fan—becoming the first Asian-American lead cast member of "The Bachelor" franchise when she was chosen to lead the spinoff, having struck a chord with viewers while competing for Joey Graziadei's affection in her debut ABC appearance.
While Tran failed to find love on either dating show, ultimately calling off her engagement to "The Bachelorette" winner Devin Strader in August 2024, many believed she found her romantic match in a much more unlikely place: her "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Sasha Faber.
The duo, who placed seventh in the 2024 series, sparked a slew of romance rumors from the moment they stepped onstage.
However, speculation about a budding romance didn't stop Tran from returning to the Sunshine State in pursuit of her master's degree in clinical medical science, which she is due to complete early next year.
While the Miami pad is far from a palace—and is not what Tran would describe as her dream home—the Clorox Scentiva ambassador tells Realtor.com® in the latest in the Celebrity Sanctuary series that it boasts the one amenity she was determined to secure: plenty of natural light.

The elegant and feminine space also provides Tran with the perfect place to get some much needed rest between shifts at the hospital, while offering a blank canvas that she has turned into a homey sanctuary.
Despite the former reality TV star admitting that the home is very much a temporary solution while she completes her education, she was adamant about turning it into a place where she felt very much at peace.
Still, Tran is open and honest about the fact that her home is not always picture-perfect, particularly when she's preparing for an event or a night on the town, and finds herself cycling through multiple outfit options.
Thankfully, she has her routine in place for a twice-weekly deep clean that resets her space and returns it to a more pristine state—with the help of her favorite Clorox Scentiva products, of course.
As for her dream future dwelling? Tran believes she's going to find it in Los Angeles, admitting to Realtor.com that she's already preparing to house hunt as soon as she completes her physician's assistant training.
But for now, Miami is home—and one that Tran has relished throughout the past few months, now revealing in a candid interview exactly how she carved out her own slice of serenity amid such a busy time.

I love watching the sunset from my apartment—from the living room specifically—so that’s definitely where I feel most at home.
I have a big, white couch in the living room that’s against the wall so you can sit and look at the sunset, look at the sky, and then you can also watch TV because I mounted [it] on a pole, which everybody doesn’t like, but I love it. I think it’s perfect.
My living room has a lot of light to it. That was, like, my biggest thing when I was apartment hunting. I wanted a lot of natural light, and it has floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen and the living room area, which I absolutely love.
I had to sacrifice my closet space for the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, which I do not regret at all. I’m very happy that I made that choice.
I have a bedroom I’m still kind of renovating and feeling out where I can include colors because I very much want to include [some more hues] because I feel it adds depth into the home.
[For] right now I put on some peel-and-stick wallpaper against where the bed is, so when you walk in, you’re immediately looking at this accent wall, which I love.
My issue is, I have commitment problems, so, like, I still need to put a big painting in the living room, too.
Every other day, I’m like, "This would look good! No, but this would look good!" so I don’t know yet.

The bathroom was easy. I love a good HomeGoods trip, taking whatever they have on their shelves.
And then I have a little guest room that’s actually just like my second closet, so a lot of clothes racks, a lot of makeup products, a lot of skincare products, [and] like five different mirrors are in there.
When I’m getting ready to go somewhere, which is very often, that’s when the house turns into a total mess. I’m always going places, and there’s just, like, there’s clothes in the kitchen, on the balcony, everywhere, and that is a huge, huge, big mess of mine.
[I don't do] a daily cleaning, I will admit to that. I let things build up for maybe two, three days, and then I do a whole deep clean of the house.
That starts [with] doing the dishes, putting all my clothes away, wiping down the countertops, doing a deep scrub on the toilets, and then I have to vacuum up all my hair because my hair is all over my apartment—it’s a very universal girl experience.
When I start cleaning, I don’t stop. If I see one little thing and I’m in the mood, the whole house is getting cleaned. I have a one-track mind.
I am not sure what my dream home is, but I’m not really into the completely modern looks anymore.
I very much like a home with a lot of character, whether that’s brick walls or a lot of accent pieces in the house, something that looks kind of antique, that just has character.
I want to go back to L.A., I love L.A. I think we’ll see when that happens. I’m excited to go house hunting for sure.
