Teresa Giudice‘s husband, Louie Ruelas, is being accused of “fraud” by a former employee who hasn’t been paid. The Real Husband of New Jersey currently works with Vinivia, an interactive, live streaming app.
A video was posted to social media by @RhonjTeaBee and @KrissyBalls of a former Vinivia employee who hopes to keep others from getting ripped off as she claims she’s been. “This isn’t a dispute about vendors, or miscommunication, or line items. That’s a completely different thing than someone having a contract and promising to pay for services rendered.”
It was alleged Louie’s company with Marcello Genovese, Vinivia, asked if they could “delay a payment.” The source assured her viewers all services were pre-approved, and she has receipts.”This wasn’t a surprise.” It was “fully agreed” upon deal and she kept on “giving me excuses. I finally realized they aren’t going to pay me. It’s making me sick.”
Mention It All!
“I think it’s important I finally spoke up, I was told not to,” continued the (understandably) disgruntled former employee.
“Don’t air out the drama as a company,” but this isn’t drama. “This is fraud. This is a few hundred thousand, guys. Yet, there are a lot of things Vinivia [is] doing that they need money for, but, yet, they keeps telling me money is coming my way.”
“There’s been fraudulent paperwork.” When the victim pushed for payment, she received “a couple small credit card payments.” She now realizes, “that was just to shut me up. I wanted to speak out so other people don’t get screwed over while sitting at their office in Avenue of the Stars. I was told they just got a new office up there and they have a whole floor, hiring girls. Must be nice.”
Appearances went from bad to worse when BackGrid (pay-for paparazzi… ALLEGEDLY!) randomly saw Tre and Louie with Vinivia’s Cyber Truck. Cringe.
