Teresa Giudice took aim at fake heiress Anna Delvey while promoting the upcoming second season of E!’s House of Villains on Monday.
As the 52-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star also shared which of her fellow Housewives she’d like to see on the show, compared it to the Bravo series, and teased her drama with Tiffany “New York” Pollard, 42, Teresa reacted to her “villain” title and explained her issue with Anna, 33.
“At first, I didn’t like the whole villain title and I was like, ‘I don’t know if I’m gonna do this.’ But I have to say, I am so happy I did it. I met amazing people and it was a great experience,” Teresa told E! News of agreeing to appear on House of Villains on October 7.
Then, when it was suggested that Anna appear in the next season of the show, Teresa shot down the idea, reminding people of the conviction and deportation of her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, 52.
“She went to prison and she was committed of a crime and she’s an immigrant and she’s still in this country so I disagree with that,” Teresa stated. “My ex-husband got deported so why is she still here? My ex-husband couldn’t even get out of jail and come home and wait until he got deported.”
As for who she thinks should star in season three, Teresa named Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kenya Moore, 53, whom she starred alongside on Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip season one.
During another interview, with Extra TV, Teresa was joined by co-star Wes Bergmann, 40, who recalled their time together.
“She threatened to put a dead horse in my bed. She said not to ‘cross me.’ She did a lot of Mafia, very like, stereotypical stuff. Very cliche but still effective,” he admitted.
“I said, ‘Only if he would go against me,’” Teresa clarified. “My strategy was just to be myself and of course if someone went against me, then they would see the villain that would come out of me, which that did happen a few times.”
Although she didn’t share details, she did speak of a spat with Tiffany.
“I can’t wait to see if Wes had my back,” she said as Wes described the scene in question as “iconic.”
Another one of Teresa’s castmates, rapper Safaree, added, “Teresa’s used to being in a 700,000-foot closet and now you got to be in this little twin bed and someone next to you. People going to go crazy.”
That said, Teresa confirmed House of Villains was “definitely” easier than RHONJ.
Also during Teresa’s interview with Extra TV, she said her daughters were “excited” for her to do the show and told her, “Mom, you’re gonna kill it.”
Meanwhile, during her own interview, Tiffany addressed her drama with Teresa.
“I’m like, ‘Listen, I’m New York, you’re Jersey. What’s up? I felt like I could do that with Teresa. I felt like she was street enough, strong enough to handle it, so I gave it to her and she handled herself very well,” she admitted.
As for whether they kiss and make up, she added, “Well, if Teresa was to give me a kiss, it would be a kiss of death because she is Italian, so I would be afraid of that. But we definitely shook on it. I’ll give her a shake but not a kiss. If she kissed me, she’s trying to kill me.”
House of Villains season two premieres on Wednesday, October 9, on E!
