TEDDI Mellencamp has been updating fans on her grueling cancer treatment on social media, but could she be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to share her journey as well?
The RHOBH alum and mom of three, 43, starred on the Bravo hit series for three seasons and became fast friends with Kyle Richards and other cast members, but she was abruptly let go from the show in 2020.

Now, Teddi, the daughter of rocker John Mellencamp, is fighting for her life in a battle with stage 4 melanoma that tragically spread to her brain.
In good news, she said her tumors are shrinking during her rigorous treatment.
“I had immunotherapy two days ago and they did another round of scans and they said all my tumors are continuing to shrink, so I'm feeling good and I'm happy," she told People on May 17.
BIG REURN?
Fans began speculating that she would cover her cancer journey on RHOBH.
Teddi added fuel to the fire after she coyly said "I plead the fifth" when RHONJ star Dolores Catania asked if she would come back on the RHOBH alum's Two Ts In A Pod podcast with friend Tamra Judge.
But a representative for Teddi said the rumors are untrue.
"There's no current truth to any rumors of Teddi returning," the rep said. "At this time, she has not been asked to be back on the show."
A separate insider said Teddi would consider returning, if her health improves.
"Teddi would say yes to coming back given her health was in a stable enough place. She misses the show."
Teddi shared her life with then-husband Edwin Arroyave and her three kids Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, until she left the show in 2020. (She split from Edwin last November, and though the divorce was initially messy, the exes are now getting along well as she undergoes cancer treatment.)
Teddi admitted she was fired in an Instagram video to fans shortly after news broke that she would not return.
"I don't want to bore you, but I figured I could give you a little update on what's going on," she said.
"I recently found out that my contract as a Housewife is not being renewed.
"Of course I could give you the standard response of, 'Oh we both came to the decision that it would be best.'
"Nah, I'm not going to do that - that's not who I am.
"Of course when I got the news I was sad.
Teddi's cancer battle
Teddi Mellencamp was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in 2022, and had 17 spots removed. Three years later, after suffering from "severe and debilitating headaches," the reality star discovered the cancer had spread to her brain. Four brain tumors were immediately removed, but doctors later discovered three more brain tumors and three tumors on her lungs. In April 2025, she announced her cancer was stage 4. The remaining tumors have shrunk from treatment, and Teddi says she's "feeling good and happy." Teddi hopes she will become cancer-free in the near future. "Doctors believe I will be healed if everything stays on course," she told fans.
"It feels like a breakup, almost, because you develop such strong relationships with the cast, with the crew.
"And you get to do incredible things that you probably never get to experience without the show.
