Teddi Mellencamp revealed she’s undergoing emergency surgery Wednesday after doctors found “multiple tumors” on her brain.

“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” she announced in a statement shared via Instagram.

“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months.”

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 43, explained that she will have two of the tumors “surgically removed” Wednesday.

“The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date,” she added.

Mellencamp also expressed how “blessed” she is to have support from her “children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health."

“Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey,” she concluded.

Later taking to her Instagram Stories, Mellencamp shared a video of one of her friends taking an electric razor to her head before the surgery.

“My best look,” she sang, while appearing to be upbeat.

Before making the shocking announcement Wednesday, Mellencamp posted a selfie of her lying in a hospital bed with sensors on her forehead and the sides of her head.

“Counting down the minutes until my babies get here,” she captioned the selfie. “As my dad said this am, god only gives hard stuff to those of us who can handle it. It’s a hard day but I have faith and amazing surgeons and know everything will be OK.”

Mellencamp received thousands of comments from fans and fellow Bravolebrities wishing her a healthy recovery.

The “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host has sadly faced a myriad of health challenges ever since she was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022.

Over the last two-and-a-half years, Mellencamp has undergone at least 16 surgeries to have her melanomas removed.

Mellencamp announced in December 2024 that she went in for her three-month skin checkup and “for the first time,” the doctors had not found “anything abnormal.”

“I’m grateful for my doctors, nurses, family, friends, and all of you for your continual [sic] support,” she captioned the post. “As long as you’re here, I have a reason to keep advocating for myself and for others.”
