The RHOBH alum shared the love-life update just months after filing to divorce Edwin Arroyave.

Teddi Mellencamp is back on the dating scene nearly three months after filing for divorce from Edwin Arroyave.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed the news in the January 24 episode of Diamonds in the Rough, when her co-hostErika Jayne, wondered how the marital split affected Teddi’s day-to-day activities.

“What do you do on your days if you’re not with the kids?” Erika asked.

“I pod every day, so I’m always working,” the Beverly Hills mom replied. “And… It sounds crazy, but I’ve gone on a couple of dates. Yes.”

Erika was seemingly shocked and said she doesn’t “even go on dates,” despite filing for divorce more than four years ago.

Teddi confirms she's on a dating app

“Well, so this is pretty crazy,” Teddi continued. “So I signed up for [the dating app] Hinge and I was like, ‘This is a freaking joke. Why are only 28-year-olds reaching out to me? Like why?’ And then I realized it’s because I had my age down too low. I don’t need to be dating a 28-year-old. I mean, they’re hot, but I don’t need it.”

Although Teddi admitted she found the app somewhat confusing, it led to an unexpected reconnection.

“There was somebody who messaged me and just complimented one of the photos and it was weird,” she said. “I  recognized his face. I was like, ‘I know him.’ So, I let it sit for a couple of days.”

Teddi explained the man didn’t send a message but gave her a “rose,” a premium Hinge icon that indicates when a person is interested in another user.

“He didn’t say anything, he just ‘rosed’ it,” she continued. “So I was like, ‘Maybe I don’t know, maybe I’m going crazy or maybe he’s an actor.’ I don’t know what the hell it is. And then the other day, I just messaged and I was like, ‘By any chance did I meet you in 1999? Are you friends with the following people?’ And he’s like, ‘Yes, Teddi, I was wondering if you were going to remember.’”

The accountability coach said she had met the man when she first moved to Los Angeles at 19 but didn’t provide any more details about their history.

Teddi sheds light on the kind of man she's looking to date

So, what is Teddi looking for in a potential suitor? Well, her icks and non-negotiables included loud chewing and “mandals” (men’s sandals). She also didn't want to date a man with a typical office job.

“I mean, I’m not really into a 9-to-5er, I would say” she explained. “I don’t like to do things late at night. I don’t want somebody that’s like, 'I’m going to the office single day and I’m there from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m.’ No, I want somebody that’s their own boss, who can come and go, there’s a little bit of freedom in their life.”
