Teddi Mellencamp's new lover revealed as Hollywood power player... as he steps in to help when cancer-hit star is placed in WHEELCHAIR
Teddi Mellencamp’s mystery boyfriend is a TV producer.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum’s new beau has been identified as Ricci Rea, according to the Daily Mail.
The outlet revealed Rea’s identity on Monday, one month after he and Mellencamp made headlines for a PDA-packed stroll.
Rea does not appear to maintain a social media presence, and it is unclear whether he has been married before.
According to his LinkedIn, Rea has worked as an event producer for Apple TV+ and Fox, as well as a line producer for Done & Dusted.
He is currently a senior producer at Dorothy, a boutique creative agency.
Mellencamp’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The former Bravolebrity, 44, debuted her and Rea’s romance in June — and subsequently defended dating during her cancer battle.
“People have been coming for me … like, ‘The only thing she should be worrying about right now are her kids and staying alive,'” the ex-reality star told “Two T’s in a Pod” listeners later that same month.
“If I want to put myself in a situation where I’m staying busy so I’m not getting depressed, why have a problem with that?” she continued, noting that the backlash did “bother” her.
On another episode, Mellencamp praised Rea for taking “good care” of her during her health struggles.
The accountability coach, notably, was diagnosed with stage 2 skin cancer in 2022 and had 16 surgeries before going under the knife again in February to remove multiple brain tumors.
In April, Mellencamp revealed her cancer had progressed to stage 4 with new tumors found in her brain and lungs — although the growths have “significantly shrunk.”
Mellencamp, additionally, is navigating turmoil in her personal life as she split from her husband, Edwin Arroyave, late last year.
The former couple wed in 2011 and share two children. However, their 13-year marriage ended after Mellencamp’s alleged affair with married horse trainer Simon Schroeder was exposed.
The exes have remained amicable amid Mellencamp’s health scare, with Arroyave, 48, staying by his estranged wife’s side before her recent surgery.
Most recently, the duo reunited at daughter Slate’s elementary school graduation.
