Taylor Armstrong revealed if she’s still friends with former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate Kyle Richards during a Q&A session on her Instagram Story on Wednesday.
Before discussing the messiest member of the Real Housewives of Orange County season 17, sharing if daughter Kennedy will appear, explaining her dynamic with Lisa Vanderpump, and more, Taylor offered an update on where she stands with Kyle.
“Are you still best friends with Kyle Richards?” a fan asked on December 7.
“Kyle and I will always have a special bond. Portia and Kennedy were together a lot in the beginning of [RHOBH]. I wish the viewers could have witnessed all the laughter Kyle and I had together and our time with our girls,” Taylor replied.
A second fan wondered, “Who is the messiest this season?”
But, rather than answer the question point blank, Taylor suggested it was either she or returning cast member Tamra Judge who stirred the pot the most amid season 17.
“It starts [with] a T so you’ll just have to wait and see… When you put Two Ts together, sometimes you get TNT,” she teased.
As for whether or not RHOC viewers will be seeing Kennedy, who she shared with her late ex-husband Russell Armstrong, on season 17, Taylor confirmed they would.
“Do we get to see Kennedy on the show?” someone asked.
“Yes!” Taylor, whose been married to second husband John Bluher since 2014, revealed. “You will see Kennedy this season on [RHOC]. Hard to believe she turned [four] on season one of [RHOBH], and she’s 16 now.”
Taylor also addressed her current relationship with Lisa — in a round-about way.
“Are you and LVP friends?” a fan wanted to know.
“The [RHOBH] OGs will always be family to me. We went through so much together, it created a bond that will last my lifetime,” Taylor responded of the entire cast of the early seasons.
Taylor then reacted to one of her followers who asked how her experience filming RHOC differed from her time on RHOBH.
“Being an OG on [RHOBH], I was involved in all the drama from the beginning, and it was an even playing field. Jumping into a friend group with history, I had to get up to speed on their issues that preceded me,” Taylor explained. “It doesn’t feel natural to comment on the past, seems thirsty – I’m looking forward to the future and what that looks like for our evolving friend group.”
“I’m also thankful to have had my gal pal [Tamra Judge] by my side during [RHOC],” Taylor added.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2023.
