Taylor Ann Green defended her boyfriend Gaston Rojas.
During a January 23 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” the “Southern Charm” star said she gives her man a pass when it comes to attending cast events because no one gives him the consideration that he deserves.
The 10th season of the Bravo reality show was filmed in the spring and summer of 2024, and Rojas mostly only appeared in solo scenes with Green. But his past relationships, including one with “Southern Charm” newcomer Salley Carson, have been an ongoing storyline this season.
Green previously had a long-term relationship with “Southern Charm” veteran Shep Rose.

Green and her close friend “Southern Hospitality” star TJ Dinch were guests on the January 23 episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” During the sit-down, Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Green why Rojas “doesn’t come around at all” on the show.
“He doesn’t want to be around people [that are] just not going to give him the time of day,” she explained. “Nobody in this group wants to give him the time of day. Nobody.”
She then pointed to Dinch and added, “People in this group do and they have, and they know him, so yeah.” She also claimed rumors that Rojas cheated on an ex with Carson were a “lie.”
Green confirmed she has been dating Rojas for almost a year and a half. “[I’ve known him] for a few years … [TJ] was good friends with him, so I’ve known him since TJ started bringing him around.”
In October 2023, Green told The Daily Dish that her new boyfriend was Dinch’s roommate.
According to BravoTV.com, Green began seeing Rojas in July 2023, about a year after her painful split from Rose. “We were friends, and then we went on an accidental date,” she said on the 10th season of “Southern Charm.” “My friend ended up backing out very last minute, so it was just me and Gaston. I was a little nervous, but four hours later, he asked if he could kiss me. And I said ‘Yes.'”

Green previously gushed about her relationship with Rojas in a December 2024 interview with People magazine. “I finally feel like an equal, and this is actually real because we’re talking about the next steps,” she said. “Every decision that he makes, I’m priority. I take precedence and I’m always like, ‘I really appreciate that. I want you to do what you want to do. But I appreciate that because I’ve never had that in any of my relationships.’ It’s nice to have that feeling like I’m important in his life.”
She also teased that she wants to get married at some point. When Cohen asked her on WWHL if co-star Madison LeCroy represents the kind of wife she wants to be someday, Green replied, “I mean as long as I’m cooking, sure!”
