Judge began the latest episode of iHeartRadio's Two Ts In A Pod, where she was joined by guest co-host Dolores Catania while Mellencamp recovers, sharing that "so much" is going on in her life lately and that she "just hit a wall."

After revealing she is in therapy, the reality star turned podcast host, 57, said, "I feel like I'm in a full depressed mode" because of "personal things I'm going through" and Mellencamp's recent health developments that include having four brain tumors removed.

After the procedure, three more tumors were found in Mellencamp's brain and two more tumors were found in her lungs. Mellencamp has not appeared on Two Ts since her hospitalization mid-February, but revealed on her Instagram Stories Wednesday, March 12, that she just taped an episode.

“I'm just so mad at myself because I feel like I just can’t pull myself out of the funk and I’m usually pretty good of just pulling myself out. And I've been saying it for a while now. I just can’t pull myself out of this. I can’t pull myself out of this," Judge emotionally explained.

The RHOC star, who was filming Season 19 of the Bravo show, said 2025 has "been a real doozy," being that "it's just been one thing after another."

There has been speculation that Judge exited RHOC after she posted a cryptic message on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, March 9, following a reported cast trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. "It was a long run! When life gives you real problems, this reality s--- doesn't make sense. Peace out ✌️ I'm out," she wrote.

Judge has been on RHOC since its third season. She left the series in 2020 after season 14 but returned for season 17.

Speaking about season 19, Judge said she went into it "not knowing, not sure, very anxious and just dealing with some stuff through therapy and you know that really breaks you down to your lowest point."

Judge added that she feels "like everything around me is starting to crumble and I just couldn't take the extra pressure. So as of right now, I'm just not good."

However, she has received encouragement from Mellencamp.

“Teddi gave me a pep talk and that is the first time I've laughed in so long. Like, we laughed, and she just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me, if I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this, you get your ass back over there,' ” she recounted on Wednesday's episode. “I just started laughing."

Speaking further about her rumored exit from RHOC, Judge seemingly agreed that she needs "a little break."

“Yeah. When I get like this, my body just shuts down. It just completely shuts down and I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours," said Judge. "And that’s how I feel and it’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that."

Bravo did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.
