Ryan Boyajian is using Jim Bellino‘s attorney to sue Tamra Judge for defamation of character.

Jennifer Pedranti‘s boyfriend decided to take legal action against Tamra after she made false statements about him on her Watch What Happens Live after Real Housewives of Orange County aired.

Ryan has lawyered up!

After watching RHOC and the WWHL that followed, a fan suggested Ryan “Get [himself] a good lawyer and sue Tamra’s ass off. She’s out here now trying to do damage control, saying, ‘I didn’t mean to say Ryan stole money.” They concluded, “We are behind you and Jen .”

Ryan confirmed the lawsuit has been filed! “FACTS . I hired Geoff Neri which is the same AMAZING attorney that represented Jim Bellino in his victorious slander and defamation lawsuit against Tamra years ago.”

Damage control:

Tamra “was served yesterday” dished Ryan … with a lawsuit, hopefully not another martini.

Another fan commented on an Instagram story Tamra made after being served with legal papers. “Trying to avoid a new lawsuit it seems. Convenient to misspeak on a public platform. I don’t buy anything this woman is selling.”

Ryan agreed. “Facts . I had Tamra served yesterday . Hence, the apology.”

Tamra backtracks:

Tammy Sue posted a video to her Instagram story deflecting from the lies she told on WWHL. She and Eddie Judge were walking through the streets of New York trying to look unbothered by the legal action taken against her.

The controversial RHOC personality claims she made an accidental false statement on WWHL. “I was tired so I did misspeak on a couple things.”

Tamra continued, “I didn’t mean to say Ryan stole the money. I meant Vena made more money that what was stolen from the Dodger player. But, I didn’t mean to say ‘Ryan.’ So, I apologize for that.”

“You’re innocent until proven guilty.” Eddie interjected to drive home the point. “Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.”

The deflection continued when Tamra and Eddie pivoted back to how good the food is in New York.
