Amanda Batula and husband Kyle Cooke were questioned about a Deux Moi rumor that suggested he cheated on Monday night’s Watch What Happens Live.
Before sharing their thoughts on Tom Sandoval‘s reported affair with Raquel Leviss as Kyle dished on The Traitors reunion and Amanda threw shade at Lindsay Hubbard during a game of Summer House superlatives, the couple reacted to the allegation.
“Oh my God. Well, it clearly is about Kyle. I’m the only wife on the show and I call him Cookie Monster,” Amanda began on the March 13 episode of WWHL. “[But] I laughed at it and I thought the timing was convenient that it came out given what was going on at the time on the show.
As Amanda explained, the rumor was shared by Deux Moi amid the drama surrounding Kyle’s “Loverboy work stuff,” likely referring to his drama with Carl Radke. And as Kyle pointed out, “there wasn’t a night not accounted for.”
“And it’s like, you sleep on that tea for eight months and then you send it into Deux Moi? Come on,” he continued, not naming the person he suspected was behind it.
Then, after Amanda added that she “[lives] with him,” she and her husband addressed “Scandoval.”
“My entire news feed was filled with it. My heart goes out to Ariana. I mean, she’s surrounded by her friends, fortunately, but I just … It’s a crappy situation … It makes me sick,” she admitted.
And Kyle was equally as upset.
“I mean look, Ariana’s the sweetest,” he noted. “My heart goes out to her. I cannot imagine what it’s like to be going through this because, to their point, it’s everywhere. You can’t avoid it. It sucks.”
On the WWHL: After Show, Kyle was asked what he thought about the Traitors reunion.
“I mean, it’s not gonna be a Bravo reunion. I didn’t storm off the stage. But I was glad to have that closure, more for my castmates,” he replied, “because like, when the show binge-drops, it’s poof, it’s gone, so to have an opportunity to come back together…”
Kyle also confirmed he was surprised by the backlash winner Cirie Fields faced for her actions on the Peacock competition series, slamming certain members of the cast as “bitter losers” as Amanda joked that she was surprised Christian de la Torre went to the reunion “without a shirt on.”
And after a fan called in, wanting to know who will be invited to Carl and Lindsay’s upcoming wedding, Amanda named just two Summer House stars before opening up about her ongoing tension with Lindsay.
“Um, definitely [Samantha Feher] and [Gabby Prescod],” she shared. “The rest of us I don’t know. I would hope that at least Kyle does [out of the two of us] but I don’t know for certain.”
“Kyle and Carl are good. I just don’t think Lindsay likes me very much,” she continued. “I hope [we can work it out]. I hope that we can just … get back together and just agree to disagree and just kind of move forward.”
Also on the live broadcast, Amanda played a game of cast superlatives, where she shaded husband Kyle as the “worst cook” and the “most annoying drunk” before targeting Lindsay as the cast member she doesn’t want to return next season and the person Kyle likes the least.
When Amanda was then asked about the “biggest pot stirrer” of the show, she said, “We all are.”
