STRICTLY Come Dancing star Wynne Evans has revealed what it really feels like when you are axed from the show.
The singer, 52, was the eighth person to be voted out of the competition with his pro partner Katya Jones after a difficult journey.
As he prepares to go on tour, Wynne told The Sun how he found life once his time ended.
He admitted: “You are in this bubble for months and then it kind of stops.
“People tell you when to rehearse, when to take a lunch break, even what you have for lunch. You get institutionalised.
“And you come out and go ‘what!’. It just stops dead and you kind of go ‘oh well’, you get back on with your life as normal.”
Asked if the experience had changed him, Wynne said: “100% because I feel like our journey was like the full Strictly experience. It has changed me.
“It has made me think about what I want to do and given me more self worth in myself.”
During his time on the show, Wynne faced backlash after he was seen sliding his hand across the stomach of Katya.
They both later apologised insisting it was just "a private joke" but viewers were not amused and it sealed his fate in the competition.
The Strictly tour begins in Birmingham on Friday with actress Sarah Hadland, Ghouri, JLS singer JB Gill, EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick, The X Factor winner Shayne Ward and Gladiators star Montell Douglas all confirmed in the line-up.
The famous faces will be joined from January 17 until February 9 for the shows by Strictly judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and, for the first time on the tour, Motsi Mabuse.
The tour will also stop at Sheffield, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham, with the final shows set for London's O2 Arena.
