Earlier in the episode, Kyle and Dorit got into a heated argument during which the latter mentioned that although she was not that "close" with Teddi, she was still friends with her. However, when Garcelle saw her repost Teddi's video, she accused her of lying about her closeness with Teddi. While speaking to the cameras, Garcelle mentioned:
"I wanna call out Dorit because it's such a hypocritical move. All of a sudden she wants to help Teddi's dad?"
Although Dorit tried to explain how her words were misunderstood, Garcelle remained unconvinced. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans were unhappy with Garcelle's criticism of Dorit. They took to X to disapprove of her questioning, calling it unfair and unnecessary.
"Garcelle is really reaching with this Dorit thing. She didn't say she doesn't know Teddi. She just said they're not close. So she's not allowed to repost a video that they're both in? Stop," a fan wrote.
"So it’s not weird for Garcelle to try to clock Dorit for SHARING A POST?????????????????" another fan commented.
"This is giving BOTHERED! garcelle needs to take suttons advice and let the mouse go! she’s always goes out of her way to try and spite dorit. at this point, it’s safe to say she is OBSESSED with her. now when dorit starts sending shots back her way i don’t wanna hear sh*t," a netizen tweeted.
Many fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills called out Garcelle for creating an issue with Dorit.
"Garcelle yet again trying to use Dorit as a storyline and failing miserably," a user reacted.
"This is why I can't stand Garcelle. So Dorit reposting something from Teddi makes them bff? She's like a pet squirrel in his group. Scurrying around with no substance," a person commented.
"Garcelle gotta stop this nonsense with Dorit. It starting to look like you looking for a reason to have a problem. Enough already!!" another fan wrote.
"Now Garcelle I love you but stop trying to make a moment with Dorit it’s not working in your favor," one user posted.
Other fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills expressed a similar sentiment.

When the housewives gathered for a meal, Garcelle confronted Dorit for reposting Teddi's video. Upon discovering the post, Garcelle showed it to Sutton and they discussed how "contradictory" Dorit could be.
Dorit explained that she reposted it only because Teddi had tagged her in the video, implying that it had no special meaning attached to it. At that point, Garcelle reminded The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of an earlier conversation where she said she was not friends with Teddi.
Hearing that, Dorit clarified her relationship dynamic with Teddi and said:
"I didn't say I wasn't friends with her. I said I'm not that close to her."
Although Dorit was surprised to see Teddi tag her, she was happy to promote her father's concert. However, her explanation failed to convince Kyle, who criticized her during a confessional by saying that "Grammy-winner, Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famer, John Mellencamp" would never need Dorit's support on Instagram.
