Stassi Schroeder appeared to throw shade at Jax Taylor with the reveal of her son Messer’s passport on Tuesday.
Two years after Jax, 44, and his now-estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, 35, pulled out of attending Stassi, 35, and Beau Clark‘s wedding in Rome, Italy, at the very last minute — just as the group flew to Europe for the event — Stassi took to her Instagram Story, where she confirmed she received eight-month-old Messer‘s passport in just two weeks.
“Only took [two] weeks!” Stassi proclaimed on May 21 along with a pic of Messer and his passport photo.
As Pump Rules fans will recall, Jax, who now stars on The Valley, had blamed his and Brittany’s absence at Stassi and Beau’s wedding on Cruz’s lack of a passport on Instagram, saying it was “not a big deal” that they didn’t make it.
“We just couldn’t make it, my mother-in-law [Sherri Cartwright] had a death in the family and our son’s passport didn’t come on time. Things happen,” he wrote.
“I’ve been told passports are taking longer. We even had it expedited so I don’t know what’s going on,” he added in another comment.
Meanwhile, on an episode of Scheana Shay’s podcast, Scheananigans, weeks later, Brittany suggested there was more to it.
“I was planning on going 1,000, 100 percent. Jax just started getting in his head, getting all worked up about flying with the baby,” she explained. “And you know how Jax is, he’ll just text and rage text and everything else. I don’t even know exactly what all he said but I know he was expressing his doubts and that he didn’t really think he wanted to go anymore.”
More recently, on his own Instagram Story, Beau seemed to target Jax’s passport claims by suggesting that it typically “only takes a month or two” to get one.
The Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion concludes with part three next Tuesday, May 28, at 8/7c on Bravo.
