The “mystery girl” from Shep Rose’s recent hotel room photograph has reportedly been revealed – and it’s not The Real Housewives of New York‘s Brynn Whitfield.
On a past episode of Watch What Happens Live, the newbie star suggested she was crushing on Shep, and many fans believed Brynn was the woman whose reflection inadvertently appeared on the Southern Charm star’s Instagram Stories.
According to a post shared by @queensofbravo on Instagram, former Miss Bahamas Sienna Evans was revealed as the ‘mystery girl’ in Shep’s photo.
Sienna, 26, recently posted an image of herself in Charleston, South Carolina, in what appeared to be the exact outfit as the woman in the image.
An eagle-eyed fan then noticed that Sienna’s Charleston pic seemed to be taken on Patricia Altschul‘s property.
“Looks like a pic from @pataltschul house,” wrote @amy_lyday. Patricia herself responded and confirmed, “It is!”

Brynn also reacted to the post, seemingly happy to no longer face the rumor.
“Case closed!” she exclaimed in the comments. “Also the verdict is in: She’s gorgeous.”
After the photo originally surfaced, Brynn took to Instagram and debunked the rumor that it was her.

“Lol first of all I wouldn’t be caught dead in that outfit. [Second], I’m in Europe darling. [Third] the crush is a joke; I’m being silly,” she wrote at the time. “Not remotely serious but [definitely] plan on being best friends with all the [Southern Charm] guys, they seem like a hoot.”
