A source is alleging Lindsay Hubbard and her boyfriend Turner Kufe, who is the father of her two-month-old daughter, have split.
The source suggested that it “didn’t work out,” and they speculated that “something was askew” after they got together “really fast.”
Lindsay and Turner were reportedly dating for a couple of months before the Summer House star learned she was pregnant. After the birth, the couple decided to keep living separately.
Last week, Lindsay shocked fans by wishing her ex Carl Radke a happy 40th birthday on social media. Before this, the exes seemed to be civil only out of obligation. Last year, she blasted Carl publicly following their breakup.
“I heard that Lindsay and her boyfriend/baby daddy [Turner] are splitting up,” said the source, who’s also the host of the Deux/U gossip podcast, via @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram. “That’s what I heard.”
“I don’t know a reason. I guess things just like didn’t work out,” the source added. “I think that the whole thing happened really fast … them getting together and her getting pregnant.”
Addressing how the couple never moved in together, the source speculated that perhaps “something was askew.”
The source was asked if she heard about the split from someone “unconfirmed.”
“It wasn’t from an anonymous email … [I’ll] put it that way,” she answered.
In a December 21 interview with PEOPLE, Lindsay addressed her living situation with Turner.
“[My friend Danielle and I] went to lunch like a month ago, and once we talked more in depth about the whole living situation, she was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I completely understand your perspective now,’” said Lindsay at the time. “I was like, ‘First of all, two years ago you’re telling me I’m moving too fast. Now you’re pushing me to move in before I’m ready’ … [Turner] has spent the night and has been by my side 24/7 for the entire past month.”
“And even though technically this is my apartment, this is our HQ for the home of our daughter and me. He basically brought over a bunch of clothes and toiletries and is essentially going between my apartment and his apartment, but rarely ever leaves me and Gemma,” the star added. “If there’s anything that I’ve learned from my past, especially in my last relationship, it’s that nothing is guaranteed. And when you get pregnant so quickly into dating, I didn’t want to put more pressure on our relationship than a pregnancy and a baby is already putting that — very big, lifelong pressure.”
