Billi Mucklow showed her ex Andy Carroll exactly what he was missing when the 37-year-old former TOWIE star shared some sizzling snaps from her latest sunshine getaway. Rocking a striking blue bikini, bronzed skin and a carefree smile, Billi was flooded with praise for the photos, following her very public split from the former England footballer last September, after an 11-year relationship.
A source close to Billi claims to OK!, “She’s had a really tough time since the split – there was a lot of pain – but she’s moving on with her life and is definitely in her revenge body era. “Billi has put a lot into her fitness, lately. She’s lost weight – probably through a touch of the heartache diet – but she’s looking and feeling really good, more like her old self. Family and friends are saying she’s never looked better – that they’ve got ‘the old Billi’ back.”

Billi – a devoted mum to the former couple’s three kids, Arlo, 10, Wolf, seven, and Marvel, four, as well as Emilie Rose, 15, and Lucas, 14, Andy’s children from a previous relationship – was seen sunning herself at a luxury villa in the show-stopping snaps.
And delighted fans rushed to compliment her, with one commenting, “Let’s show him what he’s missing, darling.” Another admirer added, “Andy, what on earth were you thinking?” while a third said, “Best revenge is a good body. You are totally winning.”
While Billi was living her best life on her Spanish break, Andy, 36, was back in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Police were reportedly called twice to what were described as “heated” arguments with his new girlfriend, make-up artist Lou Teasdale, during their own holiday in Mykonos – though no arrests were made.
According to the source, Billi is aware of the reports, but wants “nothing to do with it”. They said, “All she’s concerned about is her kids’ happiness, she has well and truly moved on. As she says, Andy’s not her problem any more.”
It’s fair to say that Billi has earned her peace after a rollercoaster 2024. It was Andy who announced their divorce, after just two years of marriage, although their relationship came to an end last July.
The couple had seen their fair share of controversy during their 11 years together. They almost didn’t make it down the aisle after Andy’s alleged antics on his stag do in Dubai, before it was revealed that he was innocent of the accusations on social media. Their split may have left Billi heartbroken and forced to face life as a single mum, but rather than crumble, she is clearly picking herself up, pouring her energy into her kids and, crucially, herself, too.
Former Newcastle striker Andy has been having a less idyllic time of late, after being questioned about the bust-up he’d had with Lou, 41, at a packed beachside restaurant and then at their hotel. Responding to the reports, Andy and Lou – who have been dating since last October – admitted that the police were called following their “heated discussion”, however both insisted things had been “blown out of proportion”.
In a joint statement, they said, “Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. We went outside therestaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to ‘look after’ us.
“As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested, and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together, and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.”
As for Billi, she evidently has an army of fans hoping she will take her new lease of life even further, with some begging herto make a reality TV comeback – or even launch her own fitness range. Fans have hailed her as a “superwoman” for juggling heartbreak, single mum life and getting a fabulous new figure all at once – many even thanking her for showing them that it’s possible to bounce back from heartache, when life doesn’t go to plan.
So what’s next for Billi? More sunny holidays, more time with her gorgeous kids and plenty more swimsuit slays, we hope – perhaps even a new romance? Her message to fans certainly seems clear: heartbreak doesn’t have to break you…
