LOVE Island’s Helena has come under fire after she mocked her close friend Meg during a conversation with Dejon - despite Meg previously defending her during several villa feuds.
Dejon told Helena he was considering closing things off with Meg, but claimed her reaction to Casa Amor had “pushed him 1000 steps back.”
Helena agreed he couldn't "win" before adding: "It’s her reactions for you."
But it was Helena’s impression of Meg that drew outrage as the pair laughed and mimicked their co-star.
Helena scoffed: "She literally said, 'My name’s Meg, not a mug,'" while they both cracked up.
Fans watching the episode were furious given Meg had consistently supported Helena throughout her clashes with Toni and Shakira.
“Helena and Dejon laughing at the expense of another woman? Pls get tf off my screen,” one viewer wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Another commented with a sick face emoji, saying: “Helena laughing behind her own ‘friends’ back with Dejon.”
A third added: “On a serious note Helena is so scary, laughing at your friend’s pain ?????? Mad.”
The fallout came just before the highly anticipated Movie Night episode where the Islanders’ secret antics are revealed in front of the whole villa - resulting in explosive drama.
A teaser for the episode revealed cheeky titles such as When Harry Met Helena, Shakira, Yasmin and Rheo, Good Dejon Hunting, Free Billykiss, and Shak-Ablanca.
In a sneak peek, tensions quickly rise when Helena is shown a clip that leaves her stunned, prompting her to exclaim: “F*** me, you were gunning for me in that.”
Harrison jumped in, saying, “Them comments were a bit personal, though,” to which Helena replied, “It’s giving mean girl energy, like.”
Elsewhere, Casa Amor girl Lauren confronted Toni over a comment she made.
“What you do mean ‘that’s not how he’s been acting the last few days’?” Lauren asked, with Toni snapping back: “Ask him.”
Harrison then added: “Well… she obviously got something to say, so…”
