Shannon Sharpe, former Denver Broncos’ tight end, lambasted Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons following the latter’s criticism of head coach Mike McCarthy. The linebacker recently broke his two-week silence as he apologized for reportedly throwing McCarthy under the bus after a game loss.

Sharpe noted that they cannot take back the deeds done and words spoken – indicating that he believes there is a limit to excuses. The former TE established that he believes Micah Parsons is not young, and added that Parsons can’t be excused on account of his age considering he cashes a huge lump of money every week.

He also undermined McCarthy’s experience and acknowledged that he plays for people like Zack Martin who are probably at the end years of their career. Parsons although admitted his mistake and apologized and blamed the media for taking things out of context.
