NEED TO KNOW
- Tamra Judge claimed that Katie Ginella had a recording of Shannon Beador "having a full-blown meltdown" in the July 17 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County
- Tamra further alleged that Katie showed it to Alexis Bellino, whose fiancé and Shannon's ex John Janssen, was in an active lawsuit with Shannon at the time
- When Shannon found out, Katie denied having a video but said she took a "voice note" to send to her husband to explain why she ended their business call
Shannon Beador is allegedly the subject of another secret recording.
Katie Ginella’s past continued to haunt her in the July 17 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County when a new accusation came to light. Tamra Judge claimed that Katie had not been a loyal friend to Shannon, who previously came to her defense amid her feud with the other women.
“Last year, Katie was filming Shannon having a full blown meltdown at our gallery shoot,” Tamra told Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson, referring to the photoshoot the cast does at the end of each season for promo pictures.

Tamra then detailed Shannon's alleged outburst, saying, “Shannon came like two hours late, she's screaming and yelling."
“We all knew Shannon was having a bad day that day," Jenn Pedranti noted.
Katie added that Shannon walked in “with 600 bags” and messy hair while “yelling into the phone — because that's what she does all the time.”
Tamra explained that Shannon was upset that she and Alexis Bellino, who is currently engaged to Shannon’s ex John Janssen, were scheduled to be there at the same time. As “Shannon started screaming and cussing,” Tamra claimed that Katie hung up a phone call with her husband to record the incident and proceeded to show it to Alexis.
At the time, Shannon was involved in a lawsuit with John in which he and Alexis claimed they had damaging videos of her from the night of her DUI arrest.
“The last thing you want is someone videotaping you and sending it to the person that you're in a lawsuit with,” Emily added.

Later in the episode, all the women gathered for a hot pot dinner, where Gina shared what Tamra told them earlier.
“She's done things to all of us, including you,” Gina toldShannon after she stood up for Katie again. “Tamra just told me that last year, [Katie] recorded you at the gallery and then sent the video to Alexis.”
“There is no video that I recorded of Shannon,” Katie claimed, but Tamra maintained: “You actually told me you did.”
“Me, Alexis and Katie were coming back from a Mother's Day lunch, we happened to talk about Shannon being nasty to people, and Katie brought it up,” Tamra said in her confessional. “She told me the whole story. Alexis had already heard it, and it was just kind of left there. Never thought about it again, until recently.”

Suddenly, Katie admitted that she did record the moment, but it wasn’t a video, and she insisted that she only showed her husband.
“I was on the phone with my two business partners, having a meeting,” she recalled. “You came in and you were screaming, and I recorded on a voice note and sent it to Matt.”
“Are you kidding me?” Shannon exclaimed in her confessional. “Katie was sitting right next to me in Sonoma, seeing how distraught I was [over the lawsuit]. Now she’s recording me?”
Katie went on to say that she and Jenn had “discussed it” with Alexis, although Jenn denied knowing anything about the situation.
“I don't know why Katie's doing this,” Jenn told cameras. “It's just not fair, and really, I wish my friend would just start answering for herself.”

Katie claimed she “was upset” that she had to end a call with an investor due to Shannon’s behavior, and she took a recording offer an explanation to her husband.
“Honestly, at the time, I was pissed,” she said. “It was supposed to be a fun day for all of us, and instead, we got to hear Shannon yelling.”
Shannon then got up and walked away, telling Heather Dubrow, “I'm floored.”
“Do you understand what it feels like to have someone video me when I don't remember what I said?” she continued. “Like, I've been there.”
Growing more upset, Shannon decided to leave. “I’ve hit my limit, and I'm sorry, but the best thing for me to do is [remove myself] because I'm starting a process."
“I gave Katie a gift, giving her advice to get to a different place with the women in this group, and this is what she does to me?" she added. "It is pure evil betrayal.”
