SHANNON Beador gave fans a grand tour of her brand-new Orange County home – featuring seven bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub.
On Thursday, the Real Housewives of Orange County star welcomed Bravo viewers into her California abode on Instagram, saying she was "so excited to show it to you."

"As soon as I walked in I fell in love and so did my kids," said Shannon, who shares three daughters, Stella, Sophie and Adeline, with her ex-husband David Beador. "It's a seven-bedroom home with five bathrooms so come on inside."
She showed off her swanky new dining room, which boasts a large fireplace, a huge marble table, and french windows, following her coronavirus battle back in July.

Next, the RHOC star moved on to her "dream kitchen" and pointed out that in her previous Crystal Cove home, she had to have two kitchens.
She said: "Here in this kitchen, I have two refrigerators, four freezer drawers, there are six burners in the stove."
"I have two dishwashers and there are three sinks and if you peer down into the Butler's Pantry, you'll see that there's a fourth sink – it's insane. And I have four ovens here to cook with."

Shannon – who said she "grew up on boats" – then brought viewers into her blue and white nautical-themed family room before leading the cameras to the outdoor bar area.
Outside, there was a pool and a hot tub – but this gorgeous part of the house even featured the outdoor kitchen, complete with burner grills, a BBQ, and three different beer taps.
Upstairs was equally as swanky, with multiple bedrooms and statement light fixtures.
Speaking about the enormous master bedroom – which featured intricate paneling and a fireplace – the sea-loving housewife said it made her feel like she was "in a boat."

Shannon was keen to show off what she called "the shower room," a space featuring a sauna, two shower heads, a bathtub, shelving, and plants, as well as a skylight.
Moving on to the gargantuan walk-in wardrobe, Shannon appeared to announce that she was "single" after recently celebrating her one-year anniversary with boyfriend John Janssen.
Shannon said: "So what I love about this is that I'm single: so I have the men's portion of the closet and the women's portion of the closet."

The Sun has confirmed she is still dating John and simply meant that she's no longer married, however.
Shannon remarked that it may be time to get rid of her navy RHOC reunion dress because every time she tried to shut the closet door, the feathers got caught.

The Bravo star showed off her new home after it emerged that her ex-husband David was expecting a child with his younger fiance, Lesley Cook.
Lesley recently posted a pic of her burgeoning baby bump on Instagram, after announcing that she was pregnant with a little girl.
