SEE the luxurious $6.9m Beverly Hills mansion Kyle Richards nearly purchased directly next door to rival Lisa Vanderpump before she got ‘outbid.’
The reality TV nemeses were almost neighbors, to Lisa’s dismay, years after their famous fallout played out during season 9 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
More than six years after the former BFFs ended their longtime friendship, they still are not on speaking terms and regularly exchange jabs at one another in interviews.
On a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen following the explosive RHOBH reunion, Kyle, 56, revealed that while she still has no contact with Lisa, she was interested in purchasing a home that was “directly next door” to Villa Rosa.
Now, The U.S. Sun can reveal that the gorgeous property was sold for $6.9 million in February - to a buyer that was NOT the Bravo star.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom Cape Cod-style mansion embodies the all-American aesthetic Kyle has adapted into her other homes.
Built in 1950 with modern renovations, the 4,853-square-foot house sits on over an acre of land in a prestigious gated community in the middle of a canyon overlooking Beverly Hills.
A long private driveway leads to the vast residence that has elegant lawns and stunning gardens before entering through the floor-to-ceiling doors.
The gourmet kitchen features white and black marble as it leads into a formal living room with endless natural lighting.
There is a separate dining room and multiple family rooms with more floor-to-ceiling doors that open to various outdoor entertaining areas.
Outside sits a large two-level wraparound deck, a huge swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and much more lawn space.
There’s also a spacious lounging area and a stone wood fireplace, along with an outdoor kitchen.
A stand-alone studio can be used as a guest house that also features two exquisite primary suites with high-end finishes.
Majestic views of trees, hills, and other varieties of California nature can be seen for miles from multiple parts of the property.
The house has a long Hollywood history as it was once owned by movie stars Channing Tatum and then-wife, Jenna Dewan.
The former couple purchased the home for $6m in 2015 however, after their divorce, they sold it in 2021 at a loss for $5.9m.
FROM LISA'S LIPS
Lisa, 64, was also on WWHL on Thursday night and threw major shade at Kyle while offering more details about the odd neighboring scenario.
“Let me talk about this. She [had] a clothes shop that was like 100 yards from my restaurant,” the Vanderpump Rules star told Andy - referring to Kyle’s former Beverly Hills boutique that was next to Lisa’s now-closed Villa Blanca.
“And then she continuously comes up to me. I mean, doesn’t she get the message? It’s almost like she wants to sit on my lap,” she quipped.
Andy, 56, then reminded Lisa that Kyle did not in fact actually purchase the house, to which LVP fired back: “Because the offer wasn’t accepted. She isn’t always totally transparent, as we’ve seen on the show.”
“No, no, let’s talk about this. This house is 15 feet from me. Fifteen feet.
“She went there four times. This house used to be Channing Tatum’s. I used to have a plan to dig a tunnel underneath the road to get to Channing Tatum.
“But he sold it. And then Kyle tried to buy it. Like, why would you go there four times?
“I mean, why doesn’t she just ask to stay in my guest bedroom?” Lisa said, which resulted in a cringe-like reaction from host Andy.
Lisa and Kyle’s fallout was legendary in the Housewives universe as their friendship was seen as the heart of the RHOBH franchise for years.
Their demise ultimately wound down to Kyle accusing Lisa of being a “liar” about “leaking stories” about her cast mates - and both parties have been adamant in the years since that their relationship cannot be repaired.
