Mauricio Umansky has sold some of the most luxurious, highly coveted properties around the world. But few compare to the palatial Alpenstrasse estate he recently listed.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband promoted the $78,000,000 listing in a March 6 Instagram video, which highlighted the home’s incredible amenities and next-level features. According to the post, the estate is located in the mountain town of Vail, Colorado — a popular vacation destination known for its skiing and European-style villages.

The six-story home spans 15,000 square feet and stands nearly 70 feet tall. It features 11 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, a screening room, three swimming pools (one indoor, two outdoor), a wellness room, an indoor wine cellar, and kitchenettes/bars across five floors.
It also boasts 21 heated ski lockers, an integrated security system, Loro Piana cashmere walls, multiple elevators, wide plank oak floors, platinum Venetian plaster walls, and walnut doors. But the best part of the property? It has to be its jaw-dropping views of the Rocky Mountains’ Gore Range.

Mauricio celebrates multiple career wins

A week after showcasing Alpenstrasse, the RHOBH dad took to Instagram to share a big achievement for his brokerage firm. Mauricio posted a graphic announcing 13 team members were among Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agents for 2025. Mauricio was among the six Agency agents who made the top 50. He landed at the No. 18 slot for 2025, four spots up from last year.

Mauricio was also recently named an Inman Power Player for the third consecutive year. The honor recognizes the top U.S. real estate figures who are not only making waves in the industry, but also shaping its future.
“I’m deeply honored to be named on Inman’s list of 2025 Power Players again,” Mauricio said about the announcement. “This recognition is what The Agency is all about and what we set forth to do: reshape the future of real estate. Pushing boundaries, asking questions, and embracing new opportunities—it’s what we do here.”
Mauricio shares a recovery update after his ski accident
Mauricio celebrated his career wins just weeks after he was hospitalized with a broken collarbone. The Mexican-born businessman sustained the injury while skiing in Aspen back in February and has made huge strides in his recovery process.
“Long road to recovery,” he captioned the February 28 post. “It’s about the journey and the attitude. I feel blessed and lucky. There’s a lot of things that can go wrong in life. I got saved.”
