Scheana Shay is admitting to being hurt by the facial expressions certain people made during her conversations on Vanderpump Rules.
While looking back at Tuesday’s episode, which featured Lala Kent, 33, questioning her about her closeness to Tom Sandoval, 41, in front of Ariana Madix, 38, Scheana reacted to the faces, defended her convos with Sandoval, and revealed she was kicked out of Stagecoach before taking aim at Jax Taylor, 41, for his treatment of now-estranged wife Brittany Cartwright, 35, on The Valley.
“The one thing too about watching the show back and specifically in these moments that I’ve had with Ariana when Lala asked me the question, I’m directing that to Lala,” Scheana shared on the May 3 episode of Scheananigans. “So when I’m watching it back and I’m seeing all of [Ariana’s] faces towards me, I’m like, ‘Damn.’ But that’s the great and bad things about reality TV. You get to see everything else.”
As Scheana continues to face backlash for her relationship with Sandoval, she admitted that it must have been “very challenging” for Ariana to have to live and work with him in the months that followed the reveal of his affair with her former co-star and friend, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29.
“I feel like even though that’s what she needed to do in that moment, she was still just in survival mode. That was a very traumatic thing that she went through that the more that I do watch it back, I’m just like, ‘Shut up,'” Scheana noted.
“But also, I’m just doing what I had to do and having the conversations I had to have,” she added.
Scheana then admitted to being booted from James Kennedy‘ set at Stagecoach.
“It was a full scene … I can’t believe this hasn’t ended up on TMZ,” she joked.
According to Scheana, she and her friends attended the event as guests of James, who arranged for them to have “artist guest bands,” and went with him to the backstage VIP area.
“They let us walk in, we go right past security, James is like, ‘This is my group. They’re going over here.’ Brock takes my phone … goes up on stage with James. He’s capturing the best content,” Scheana recalled. “We’re dancing. We’re having fun. All of a sudden, security comes over, like, it was at least four of them, flashing their lights, ‘Where’s your wristbands? Show us your wristbands!’ And I’m like, ‘[We have] the artist guest band.’ They’re like, ‘No, you have to have the red and white one,’ like the little sh*tty paper one, to be in that area.'”
Scheana explained to the security team, who she described as “aggressive” that someone was supposed to bring those wristbands to them but they instead got walked into the event. However, they continued screaming, saying, “I will cut your f*cking wristband off if you don’t get out now.'”
“Then there’s all these fans recording and I was like, ‘I’m just gonna leave,'” she shared.
As for her comments about Jax, Scheana shaded him for suggesting Brittany wouldn’t have a home if it weren’t for him, and for shaming her over her drinking.
“In the pandemic, and up until The Valley, [Brittany] was the breadwinner. She was taking care of everything,” Scheana noted. “It’s just like, he needs to watch his f*cking mouth because it’s pissing me off. She gets emotional, and he blames it on her drinking. Well, what should we blame your aggression on Jax?”
Scheana, who previously alluded to Jax’s potential substance use, accusing him of indulging in pasta on an episode of her podcast last month, went on to offer a warning.
“Bring me on season two,” she stated.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
