She’s kissing and telling.
Scheana Shay’s bombshell list of stars she has allegedly hooked up ranges from Hollywood stars and boy-band heartthrobs to NFL, NBA and MLB athletes.
“I said to myself, ‘Okay Scheana, you’ve tried dating (or at least hanging out and hooking up with) all of these celebrities,'” she wrote in her new memoir, “My Good Side,” which came out Tuesday.
“Jesse Metcalfe, Eddie Cibrian, John Mayer, Shemar Moore, Josh Hopkins, Shane West, Jesse McCartney, JC Chasez, Adrian Grenier, Ricardo Chavira, William Tell, two actors from ‘The Notebook,’ and a few NFL, NBA, and MLB players, to name a few — and that’s not really working out,” the “Vanderpump Rules” alum added.
Shay, 40, said she realized she needed to take a break from dating famous men.
“It’s time to switch things up and date someone who’s under the radar: I didn’t want any of the fanfare or complications that came with being linked to someone famous,” she wrote.
“I wanted to be with someone who was grounded.”

Elsewhere in her book, Shay made a rare comment about her affair with then-married Cibrian.
“I first laid eyes on Eddie Cibrian a few months later, when he stepped off the elevator at the cigar lounge, where he played poker on Tuesday nights,” she wrote about the “Sunset Beach” actor, who was married to “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Brandi Glanville from 2001 to 2010.
“If you were to ask me when I was growing up what my exact type was, to a tee it was Eddie—tall, dark, and handsome, with dimples. The second we made eye contact, he smiled at me with those dimples, and I melted.”
The Bravolebrity claimed she “didn’t realize” Cibrian, 52, was married because he allegedly “never wore a wedding ring” and their fling “was pre-social media.”
Shay said the “Best Man Holiday” star “wasn’t [her] boyfriend (at least not exclusively)” and they started a physical relationship at the end of 2006, which she labeled “a weekly booty call” at her house after his poker games.
Additionally, the reality TV star revealed in her memoir that her husband, Brock Davies, cheated on her when she was pregnant with their daughter, Summer Moon.
The mom of one told Us Weekly earlier this month that she believed her husband’s affair was “karma” for her sleeping with Cibrian.
