Scheana Shay just commented on the unspoken drama between Lala Kent and Jessica Walter. And while the Vanderpump Rules star didn’t say much, she made it pretty clear whose side she was on.
For those who missed the recent news, Jessica unexpectedly left Lala’s podcast. The departure on its own was quite strange. All the stranger was the quietness of the whole thing. Lala briefly mentioned Jessica’s absence at the end of the November 6 episode of her podcast.
“My ride or die Jessica is no longer going to be working for me and she will no longer be on the podcast,” Lala said. She wished Jessica well, but that positive sentiment seemed to only go one way. So, what did Scheana have to say on the matter?

On the November 22 episode of Scheananigans, Scheana actually stepped in to defend her costar. Regarding the alleged Lala/Jessica drama, Scheana said, “That is not my story to tell. But I will say this, Lala is a boss b*tch and anyone would be lucky to work for her.” Crazy for Scheana to defend her castmate after Lala called her clueless, but okay.
Scheana added, “Also, this is why I work with my family because when you keep it in the family, you don’t have to worry about them leaving you. So there’s that.” Right, because we’ve never seen a wedge come between families that work together, on reality TV or otherwise.
As for Jessica, she got a little shady as the whole thing played out. According to Us Weekly, Jessica put out a short Instagram video addressing the whole thing. Jessica implied she wasn’t given the opportunity to say goodbye while on the podcast. “Right now, on behalf of my position on the Give Them Lala podcast, goodbye … That is all I will say for now.”
