During the reunion, Michelle insinuated that Lacy threatened legal action against her at the finale party, which Lacy attended after filming wrapped. Because of this, Michelle said at the reunion that her lawyer advised her not to share what happened between them. At the time of the incident, Michelle was in a relationship with Aaron Nosler, though they recently split. As for Lacy, she chose not to film at all.
After the final reunion episode, Lacy commented on a TikTok video about how she allegedly sent cease-and-desist letters to Michelle and other women in the cast.
“Well now I low key want to defend myself,” wrote Lacy under @thebravoholic’s post. “I never threatened anything legal to Michelle after this night?? I was never suing her?? She didn’t have a lawyer?? I sent her & only her ONE letter in June [over] a statement she filmed … where she said I endangered kids – This is both damaging & untrue.”
“She personally replied (no lawyer needed,) & said she won’t say that again,” Lacy continued. “[I don’t know] how that steamrolled into her & Janet dragging me about being sue happy. By the way I’ve never sued anyone in my life lol.”
According to Lacy, she felt “backed into a corner” over being painted as a “bad parent/person.”
“At the finale, I showed up after cameras were down, so it wasn’t a closed set,” she went on. “Her drunk boyfriend grabbed me.. & I left. That’s what happened. Jasmine has a video (Michelle begged her to delete [it], I assume cause she is screaming, not me) & hope they air the security footage!”

During the reunion, Andy made it clear that he wished Lacy had filmed. Jesse defended her, though he seemingly tried not to further anger Andy. Some fans wonder if Jesse and Michelle will be asked back next season. As of now, the casting is unknown, though rumors are swirling that Scheana Shay and Lala Kent will take on larger roles.
