Keeping it real.
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the Bachelor Nation shows, Sarah has been extremely open with fans about important topics like fertility, egg freezing, limb differences, and mental health.
This week, she took to social media to remind fans to get their skin checked.
If you’ve been keeping up with Sarah, you recall that in 2023, she opened up about having skin cancer for the second time.
At the time, she reminded fans to “stay out of tanning beds” and now she is back with another important reminder.

Sarah shared a photo of herself with one biopsy on her forehead and one on her chest.
Alongside the photo, she wrote, “Reminder to get your annual (or biannual) skin check! Especially my sun-worshiping millennials out there! I had 2 new biopsies done today, which is my yearly average at this point.”
Sarah went on, saying, “Don’t sleep on those suspicious sun spots and moles you’ve been eyeing. Summer is coming, remember to always wear a hat, lube up and find a tinted sunscreen that you love so that sun protection just becomes a habit.”
The Bachelor Nation star’s fans quickly filled the comments of her post with appreciation for the reminder and shared their own experiences with skin cancer.
We’re grateful Sarah is taking care of herself and we know that her reminder will help many others.
