Meredith Marks has undergone a third breast reduction due to a “weird” medical condition that she says causes her chest to grow nonstop.
“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing!” the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast ahead of the Season 5 premiere.
“It’s wild. Seriously, I have this weird issue and I’m hoping this is [my final breast reduction],” she continues. “I never wanted to be that big.”

Marks, 52, says doctors haven’t diagnosed her with a condition, but she believes it’s “hormonal and genetic” as her mother dealt with a similar struggle.
“I mean, my mom started growing in her 40s and same kind of thing,” she says. “I just was too big to start.”
The Meredith Marks Caviar founder says that she “was always supposed to be a small C,” but began feeling uncomfortable in her skin as her cup-size increased.
Doctors haven’t diagnosed Marks with a condition, but she believes it’s “hormonal and genetic.”
The Bravolebrity says her mother “started growing in her 40s.”
“That’s a whole thing. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good … It’s weird,” she says, noting that going under the knife has improved both her self-esteem and wardrobe.
“Clothes are fitting better now.”
Though Marks hopes that another breast reduction isn’t in her future, she’s willing to go through the surgery again should growth persist.
“If I have to, I will,” she says, acknowledging that her breast tissue could continue to increase. “Unless I want to look matronly.”
After going under the knife, the jewelry designer says “clothes are fitting better.”

Meanwhile, the jewelry designer jokes that “RHOSLC” co-star and good pal Heather Gay was jealous of her bosom bothers.
“Her response was so funny,” Marks says, teasing that fans will get to see the exchange play out onscreen when the new installment of the Bravo reality show airs. “I was laughing so hard.”
