Andy Cohen targeted Gizelle Bryant during a “roast” at his Legends Ball at BravoCon over the weekend — much to the Real Housewives of Potomac cast member’s dismay.
Following the taping of one of his many panel events at the fan festival, the Watch What Happens Live host and longtime Bravo executive reportedly said on his radio show that someone from the Legends Ball had gotten mad about his “roast” segment.
“Andy revealed on Radio Andy today that one of his jokes from the Legends Ball ‘roast’ was cut because the person got mad,” a Real Housewives fan, named Chadwick, shared on Twitter on Tuesday.
And according to the fan, Gizelle was the woman behind Andy’s revelation.
“It was Gizelle,” he shared, giving links to both the live taping and the footage that aired.
In the clip from the live taping from Andy’s Legends Ball, Andy was seen taking aim at the style of the RHOP cast member, who was seated in the audience with her co-stars and other ladies from across the many franchises, as he claimed to have been skeptical about the look of the set of his Ball.
“How do you like my new set for BravoCon? You guys like it? You know what? I wasn’t sure about the set dressing at first. Now that I see it next to Gizelle’s outfit, I think it looks good,” Andy shockingly declared.
Then, turning to Gizelle, Andy attempted to make nice.
“I’m just kidding, Gizelle,” he insisted. “Always low-hanging fruit. I went for it. I’m sorry. I’m gonna get it.”
Meanwhile, in the aired footage, after poking fun at Karen Huger by mentioning Surry County, a county she is an ambassador for but filmed a commercial for in a different area, Andy immediately moved on to Kathy Hilton, saying he and his audience were excited she made it to BravoCon. There was no mention of Gizelle — or her fashion — at all.
