The reality TV star welcomed her baby in March
Erin Lichy is hitting back after followers criticized her for the way she was holding her newborn son in a video.
The Real Housewives of New York star, 37, shared a video on her TikTok on Wednesday, April 3, which showed the newly minted mom of four holding her baby son in one arm and making a cocktail in the other.
As the video went on, Lichy continued to hold her baby in her left arm while she added ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shook the drink.
"She's backkkkkkk #newborn #postpregnancy," the caption on her video read.
In her comments, several followers took issue with the way Lichy was holding her son. "Tell a friend to tell a friend how to hold an infant," one person wrote.
"Oh my god the baby's head is just dangling whilst she's making a martini and Tiktok. priorities girl," said another.
A third person wrote, "So, about the baby's neck support...," which prompted Lichy to respond.
"Looks worse than it is promise lol," she wrote back.
On March 30, Lichy shared that she'd welcomed her fourth baby, a boy named Jack Hunter, with her husband Abe Lichy.
The proud mom announced the happy news on Instagram, revealing her son's name in the caption and sharing a series of photos of herself holding the newborn alongside Abe and her other three kids.
"#CrazyInLove," she tagged the post. The new mom-of-four could be seen wearing a white knit dress in one photo and a black wrap in another snap, cradling her son in her arms.
The couple's new addition joined sons Elijah, 4, and Levi, 9, and daughter Layla, 7.
Back in November, Lichy told PEOPLE that she was fully prepared for the chaos that would come with having four kids in the house.
"It feels like adding another act to the circus!" she joked. "Work and life have been so busy that I haven’t really had a chance to even think about how it’ll change things, but I think it will be pretty seamless to be honest. Three vs. four kids doesn’t seem so scary."
"Mostly, I’m just looking forward to enjoying a Mezcalum cocktail and going out for a massive sushi dinner again!” added Lichey.
