Sonja Morgan is finally bidding farewell to her luxe New York City townhouse — after it was sold to the highest bidder for half its purchase price.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum’s Upper East Side residence sold for $4.45 million after a two-week online auction wrapped up Wednesday, The New York Post reported.
Morgan, 60, originally purchased the home in 1998 with her husband, J.P. Morgan heir John Morgan, for $9.1 million. Following a nasty divorce, she listed it at a cool $9.95 million in 2013.

Morgan slashed the price to $7.2 million in 2015.
Morgan re-listed the luxe home again — with renovations — last summer for $8.75 million.
“This townhouse has been our cherished home for decades,” Morgan told The Post when the auction was announced in April. “In addition to raising my daughter here, we entertained heads of state, royalty, luminaries and Fortune 500 CEOs.”
“Many memories were made over the years, including hosting my daughter’s friends from boarding school and university, and so many noteworthy moments were filmed by NBC for Bravo and Peacock TV.”
