Teresa Giudice clapped back at Bethenny Frankel on a podcast after the Real Housewives of New York City alum shaded her on TikTok over her financial issues with her husband, Luis Ruelas.
Following the sharing of Bethenny’s videos, which saw the former Bravo star weighing in on the $3 million in tax liens placed against the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple, Teresa, 52, accused Bethenny, 54, of using her to make money. She also reacted to Dolores Catania, 54, and Jennifer Fessler, 56, defending her, and she explained why she’s now attending church.
“I didn’t know she was talking about me until people started sending it to me cuz I unfollowed her. So I heard that she got millions of views talking about me, and after that, I heard she made four more videos talking about me again. So alls I have to say is, you know what? Let her make that money on me cuz she wouldn’t be the first,” Teresa stated on the April 1 episode of the AllAboutTRH Podcast.
After Bethenny told her fans and followers that she could not believe Teresa was in “another marriage with financial [and] legal issues,” Teresa admitted she has learned to block out the “noise” of social media haters.
“I believe in who I am, and I’m very confident. I just don’t look at it. If I see anything negative, I just hit report. Report. Or if I see something I don’t like, block. That’s it. Report. Block,” she shared. “I would never put something negative out there about someone because I feel like, karma. It does come back to you. The only thing is karma takes a while. It does take a while!”
As for the response of her RHONJ castmates, including Dolores, who slammed Bethenny as a “dumpster fire” and said she was “insufferable” for her statements about Teresa, Teresa said, “I texted with Jenn Fessler. I heard Jenn Fessler went at her. I heard Dolores went at her.”
According to Teresa, she had a conversation with Jennifer, who called Bethenny “nasty” for her comments about RHONJ and the financial strife of those on the show, after she spoke out.
Although the ladies weren’t on speaking terms at the time, Teresa reached out to Jennifer with a text.
“I said, ‘Someone just sent me the TikTok that you answered back Bethenny.’ And I said, ‘Amen to that, sister,’” she recalled. “[And] Fessler said, ‘She’s a horrible woman. Dolores went after her too … She’s a horrible woman, and she should mind her own f*cking business.’ That was Jenn Fessler’s message. And then I said, ‘I know, we should have each other’s backs and not tear each other down.’ And then she said, ‘I agree. I saw [your daughter, Gia Giudice] last week in L.A. She’s just amazing. You should be so proud.’ And I said, ‘Yes, I am. Thank you. Yeah, she told me she saw you.’ And then she wrote, ‘She’s a doll.’”
Also on the podcast, Teresa confirmed that after being mad at God for some time due to the legal challenges she faced amid her marriage to Joe Giudice, 52, she now goes “to church every Sunday.”
“I’m just praying because there is a lot of evilness around me, and I’m trying to protect our peace, like our family. That’s all I care about, is my immediate family, of course, close friends, but my immediate family, that’s my priority,” she revealed. “Luis and I go to church. I tell my kids. [Audriana Giudice] started going with me. [Gabrielle Giudice], in Michigan, she went to church. So I told Gia.”
“This is the thing: When you need something, you can’t then just ask God. You have to just keep going to church, and that’s it, just keep praying. Even if nothing’s going on, always pray and always have him in your life. It just makes me feel good,“ she added.
